Well in the UK we usually get the announcement at 2, so we should of had it at 1. I wasn’t talking about their time.
That’s still not how it works, you would still get it at 2… just because the clock went back an hour, doesn’t mean everything else goes back an hour too.
10am PDT makes 8h with CET and 7h with GMT. Means 5pm GMT and 18:00 CET.

No chance, its a DLC pack. They wouldn’t go out of their way with a whole new handling system for one small dlc pack.

Reminder: as with prior DLC on xbox one, even though the DLC may drop soon, you will still have to wait for a content update to the game to use the DLC.

Thats what time the stream is not when its announced. It should have been announced over an hour ago, remember the FM6 car pack that was delayed? i think its the same situation
