LOS ANGELES (AP) — “Fast & Furious” and “Forza” are hitching a ride together.
The hugely successful movie franchise is teaming up with the critically acclaimed “Forza” racing series for a video game featuring cars and missions inspired by Universal Pictures’ “Fast & Furious” film series. The downloadable title will serve as an expansion to “Forza Horizon 2,” the latest open-world edition of Turn 10 Studios’ “Forza Motorsport” game franchise.
“Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious” will launch March 27 for Xbox One and Xbox 360. The stand-alone title will not require “Forza Horizon 2” and will be available for free until April 10 to promote the April 3 release of “Furious 7,” the latest installment in the film series. After that date, the “Fast & Furious” expansion will cost gamers $10.
Hope we get a 36 gear transmission I’m really looking forward to see what we are going to be getting and also being free as well for a limited time is cool and even better for 360 players as well.
This is the interesting bit for me though "The stand-alone title will not require “Forza Horizon 2”. I’m wanting to see how this will integrate with Forza Horizon 2 sharing progress and if we will actually get these upgrades on the actual game

I certainly hope that the comments that I had referenced, and felt was offensive, were edited as well. I truly feel it is in poor taste to make light of someone being violently killed in a car accident. To me, not good joke material. Maybe I should have said “that’s MESSED up”, not what I had typed, however, that doesn’t change my opinion.
On topic, I am looking forward to this for sure! Dom’s Charger with the blower on it, ought to be very very fun indeed!!
Remember all, they did say that was “SOME” of the cars coming with the DLC. Not all. So we still as yet have no idea what all will be in there. I do hope the Flip Car is in, but I won’t hold my breath on it.
