Seriously? No track packs or added track content? You guys should never remove a track or car. You should always add to the ones you have. And you don’t need to only put Nissan 350 or 370Z’s. Why not the altima SR or sentra SR? chevy sonic RS etc. Also, can you guys actually pay attention to the game after it is out? You didn’t change the hoppers for like 3-4 months. It should be done every week? You have 120+ divisions and only like 20 were used. You are so worried about the next FH and not paying attention to this game…Come on gus…you use to love the gamd and community and it not seems as if you are only in it for the $$$
They add the cars they can get licensing for, same goes for tracks. If they don’t get permission they can’t use them. As for the hoppers I have no input.
I agree when it comes to cars but as for tracks, they clearly have made zero effort in this department. There’s no reason why they couldn’t create something new.
…or re-do fantasy tracks from previous games, like they did with Maple Valley. There would be no licence requirements as they are T10’s own intellectual property, and the foundations needed are all zeros and ones sitting on a big hard drive somewhere in T10’s spare room. Or they could do a deal with Polyphony and offer Forza Motorsport versions of Trial Mountain & Grand Valley Speedway lol.
They could of made more original tracks, or brought back requested ones. But considering how many flaws this game had and still has imagine if they spent more time and resources on tracks. Maybe the next game will have more variety, or maybe we’ll get an update with a track or two. Who knows.

Not as simple as you think. First off, Playground Games make the Horizon series. I don’t think Turn 10 has too much to do with it apart from the shared assets and engine. Regardless if the do or not the incredible post launch support (for Forza’s standard) and the reveal or lack there of no Forza 8 in the foreseeable future shows they’re not just looking at FH4 or future title. The pledge to continuously update and improve the game also shows this. Of course they have eyes set for the future, as does every business but for now FM7 is Forza Motorsports future.
As for tracks and such, a few things there. Pretty.much everything had to be made from scratch when we jumped to this current gen for Forza 5 onwards, so this is why we lost a lot of cars and tracks. However including DLC there is aroubd 800 cars so no shortage there. As for a lack of track pack, all I say is good. I’d much rather they focus on every track having day, night and rain with full 24hr cycle dynamic weather like we get in Horizon (So we can do actual 24hr style races and so we can have rain and night) rather than adding more tracks. Quality over quantity is more important here for me. I’d love simple things like the drag strips at night or the test track open space at night.
As for hoppers, they’ve done a lot of post support giving us class hoppers back and such including full rivals mode so again I have no complaints. As I said in another thread, I’m sure once the new penalty system is launched, we’ll get new and perhaps different hoppers.
My brother does track building for simulator software that goes on the £500,000 sims that he uses at work. You don’t just sit down one day and get into it. It takes months to build a track and you can’t just go and steal someone elses design. And I’d imagine it’d cost a hell of a lot of money to buy one. He has to spend weeks walking around and around the circuit (he has some of the slowest lap times you’ve ever seen!) and drawing and it just goes on. Why not try it yourself?

Doesn’t matter what your brother does, this is a studio backed by Microsoft and have the resources to do these things in a timely manner. We had Long Beach and the gigantic Nordshleiffe added in 5, Homestead and ViR added in 6. Not a single addition in 7. They have proved they can do it, stop making excuses for them.

Don’t make the mistake of neglecting the fantasy tracks. They are as much work (if not more) than a real track. Fantasy tracks also require designing the circuit itself, which is a whole other lot of work that can take months as well. Prague in FM5, Rio in FM6, Dubai in FM7. Not to mention updates to Bernese Alps, Maple Valley, and the Test Track. All of these take a ton of time to work on.
Not only do they have to create the tracks themselves, but they have to make sure the surroundings look nice, create the outline for the track that determines what parts are dirty, have to get drivatars to work properly around the track, etc. It’s more than just create a track and slap it into the next update.
