Hi all and thanks for your help. Please excuse my English.
I bought Forza 7 for Pc a few days ago, and still have some doubts.
In section “Rivals” I always see the same races, though I have already run them all. They are few, and never change. Is this normal? Will they stay there forever?
In Forza 4, there was a lot of championships in the section “Events”. These championships gave many free cars when you beat them. Is this game mode (“Events”) missing in Forza 7. It was really nice…
It is difficult for me to run all the races at Career mode (Forza Driver´s cup) because I don´t own some cars necessary to access a race. I don’t waste money, but only have 1,2 million CR.
What can I do to earn more money or gain any free car?
Buy 50k loot boxes and use the cards on races which are at least Long or Very long and do the events that you already have cars for whenever possible. Don’t buy the cars you want, most of you car collection should come with the driver level discount when you level up, if it is a car which will wipe out your balance take the 50k as the car will come around again.
Yes and no. Generally the only thing that changes is the monthly rivals challenges. The other events usually don’t change.
In previous games there were class based leaderboards and even overall leaderboards in 360-era Forzas. These have been removed. T10’s emphasis this game is homologation.
Homologation leaderboards are located in free play. These leaderboards can be tackled in free play as well via races.
It’s not the same as rivals but it’s all we get. It sucks, I know.
You’ll have to finish the Forza drivers cup to unlock the rest of the events. In your first play through only some events are unlocked.
To complete the Forza drivers cup, you do not need to complete every event. You only need enough SP in order to move to the next championship.
You’ll get free cars for completing each showcase event. You’ll also get free cars for fully completing each championship. This can be done only in second play through.
At each level select the car prize reward unless it’s too expensive after discount. You’ll accumulate most cars needed for events this way. It becomes harder to get higher driver levels if you only run short races.
The trick is in yours assists. Set the race length to long. This will bump lap counts to 7-15 laps per race. The more miles you run per race the more credits and driver XP earned.
Pair the long races with 3 mod cards, you’ll really ramp up the credits earned.
Only buy the 50k and 20k prize crates. With long races, the investment in these prize crates only really pays off.
I’ve never had to spend 1.5 million for any race so far doing this. The only one I may have to is for the F1 race with the Renault F1. I’ve been waiting to complete this race. Currently I have the credits for it, but will wait to see if I can get a decent deal on the car in the auction house.
