Forza 7 Crashing/Black Screen/ Freezing

Hello, I’m having minor issues with the game randomly crashing. Sometimes it just freezes on a black screen or it freezes for a few seconds and crashes to the desktop. It only ever crashes in menus, never in a race. I found 6 or 7 crash dmp files and have uploaded them, if anyone can take a look and explain why it is crashing and how to stop it. Any help is appreciated.

Copy the whole link, for some reason its not working correctly.

It’s a memory leak bug of the game, the devs are aware of it, gotta wait for a new update patch.

In the meanwhile i suggest not to change cars, change carparts, paints, liveries etc in menu’s too much, this will cause the memory leak.
However i did notice that loading a racetrack and going back into the menu releases the memory again. only when you stay in the menu’s it will crash.

Forza Motorsport 7 for the PC fix for…hitching/stuttering, Slow starting, Freezing, Micro freezing, Crashing etc on the PC version.
To fix the issues I have tried every solution I could find on the interweb and none have helped me. After spending many hours trying my own ideas I eventually found a fix that works for my PC.

UPDATE…
As of 20 Jan 2018 I have found that by pressing the Windows button at the start screen - {picture of car and driver showing} - Forza is minimised to the taskbar, now reopen Forza by clicking on the taskbar icon and for me at least all is good. I am running Full Screen triple displays. The following is not now necessary if this works for you.

This works for me every time and requires access to xBoxone to make the PC version run as it should….
Run Forza 7 on the xBoxone and do something in the game that will cause the pc version to execute a sync when it is started. Exit xBoxone version.
When PC version loads it should display the sync window briefly and then continue loading, hopefully you should then have a trouble free session on the PC. This has to be done each time you run a new session on the PC otherwise if no sync then all issues returns. I hope this works for you.
