they banned the 65 mini from online as that was glitched, but other cars were able to exploit the same glitch, has there been any announcement that they are working on a fix?
Todays update for Forza didnt fix it either 
Ooh, setting my xbox dns to 8.8.8.8 and setting location to my home country helped…

I have that same problem too and half of my friends are able to play but not me and everytime I get an invite from everyone of my friends it’s says this “feature unavailable
The Forza Motorsport servers are not available at this time please try again later” and I just playing with them a few minutes ago someone help
Same problem but cant access multiplayer at all say the servers are unavailable
Same here. MP and Rivals. Must be the new update starting to go out.
I couldn’t play forza online either but i just done a full power down and restarted got the Forza update and now it works.
