Now for Xbox One, 1080p 60fps?
They claim best physics ever & fully functional pits, weather & time cycle!
Forza 6 gonna have to step up. Of course I need reviews before I buy project cars.

Moved to the same section as all the other project cars threads.
PS - “They claim”
Apparently, all of the PC builds they keep updating is all that. So there is no reason to believe the final retail build won’t be. Now you are being naive. Don’t get me wrong. I love Forza & got them all. However, this looks to be a true next-generation racing sim. Forza got to BRING IT FOR PART 6!
“built from the ground up”
“laser scanned 2mm accuracy”
At this point, Slighty mad has more credibility then good ol T10.
Competition is a good thing, looking forward to more racing games and sims on the Xbone. NFS Rivals doesn’t count lol
What ya’ll think of YouTube video? Looks incredible.
It looks pretty awesome. If they can deliver the physics to go along with the pretty stuff, I am kissing Forza goodbye. I’ve already made the decision to skip Forza 5 in hopes they get their act together for #6, but I’m not very confident based on their track record.
thing is the video looks great a 1440 but I bet it wont do that on a xbone
You’re probably right. It remains to be seen how Microsoft is going to treat a direct competitor to their Forza series.
If you didn’t buy the Xbox One(or other new generation console) and have a relatively recent PC, you can buy a new video card for a couple hundred bucks(unless you have one that will run the sim) and HDMI out to your TV and it will look just fine.
the thing that caught my eye with that trailer were the classic NASCAR cup race cars
$200 for a video card? I think more like $800 for one that can have max frame rate!
No doubt an $800 video card would be fine. We’ll see what happens when Project Cars is released, but according to current WMD specs, the game will run beyond minimum Ultra settings with a sub-$300 video card like the Nvidia GTX 760. Of course your computer will need a decent CPU and sufficient RAM. Nothing is stopping you from using a bleeding edge video card, but if a more reasonably priced card will do the job, there is that option.
How do you think Project Cars is going to look on the 800MHz GPU of the Xbox One that is basically a customized, proprietary AMD 7770 that you can buy for $120?
Not trying to argue here, but if you already have the Xbox One, then buy Project Cars when it comes out and see how it flies. If you can upgrade a current PC within reason and output to an HD TV without buying an Xbox One console, Xbox Live, etc., that is another option.
Nothing like that trailer.
Forza 5 looks great with that $120 card
Your mind = blown.
