I have just lost all my game progress in Forza 5! I was playing multi-player when i was kicked from there back to the main menu and the game re-loading again which actually does seem to happen all the time. As usual i waited for the game to reload and to join my friends again online but on start up the game started from level 1 again making me start with no cars, no money and all data gone. I am gutted! I have lost millions of credits, i have been put to level 1 even though i was on over Level 350 and all the cars i had are gone, even the packs i paid cash for. My Xbox still says i have over 600 gamer points for it and have completed 51% but my actual forza profile looks like i just started. TURN 10 STUDIOS need to look at this as i can see i am not the only one this has happened to and after playing it for 6 months to get to where i was and spending more money on all the extras to loose it all for no reason due to an obvious game fault is not on!
I have been on to Xbox support ( Case No 1244529075 & Case No 1244656382 ) who cannot contact TURN 10 STUDIOS for some reason and i have tried but can not get an answer either! Can someone from TURN 10 STUDIOS please give me a answer, solution, reason or even a refund as something should be done about this ASAP!
This seems to be happening a lot lately. There was another thread going around with a bunch of players–myself included–losing all their progress. It’s a real bummer.
Turn10 really ought to somehow make it up to all of us affected by this.
dude two posts above yours, helios. looks like they are going to try to make it up to you. pm the guy and see what he says. he is a turn ten employee so i doubt he would be asking people to send him a private message for nothing.
