Ive played all the Forzas on 360 and gotten quite far, and recently signed up for the rewards program, but it just synced up to Forza 5 and gave me credit for that game. Im upset that i’ve invested all this time and money into forza and it hasnt synced with past Forza games. Is there any solution to this or has anyone encountered this? X1 GT : XXXANTIOCHXXX
It sometimes takes a while to catch up with your progress. Also, look at the areas within each title and see what the system says you’ve accomplished and haven’t.
Ive been signed up for a couple of days now and forza 5 instantly synced but none of the other games did. I plugged in my 360 and have all of the achievement and Gamer Score there but its not transfering to the rewards. Can any Moderators or Admis help me out please? I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on this franchise.
Some of the rewards points have taken weeks to decide to show up, so waiting the couple of days you have so far is nothing compared to how long some folk have had to wait for it to update.
Points you’ve previously earned will show up, sometimes it’s exceptionally quick, other times it can take a while. Just be patient before you go off on one at the devs/mods/admins.
The fact that you specify “X1 GT: XXX…” leads me to believe you are not using the same account on the Xbox One as you used on the 360. Also, checking your game history on live.xbox.com does NOT show that you played FM 2, 3, 4 or Horizon.
If you’re using a different gamertag, there is no way the game history is going to show up — anywhere.

My forza 3 hasn’t updated in about a month and I am using the same gt. I went back in and bought a bunch of cars to get my cars owned up and it hasn’t moved

Don, I downloaded forza 3 on 360 marketplace and have played 2/4/horizon on that GT. I plugged in my 360 to check and it is all there…I use to use another GT but never played Forza on that. Im a tier 3 from just playing forza 5. I should be MUCH higher than that. Is there anything you can do? I appreciate you looking into this issue for me. Cheers
I have looked at your GT the same as Don did and it says you have never played any 360 based Forza games.

Not sure what to tell you. I can’t see anything that you can’t see (I’m a forum Mod, but that’s it - not a Turn 10 or MS employee).
What do you see when you view your profile at live.xbox.com ? Does it show that you’ve played the other versions? Because when I look up your GT, it shows lots of games, but none of the Forzas.
Are you sure you’re using the same GamerTag? No extra or missing “X”? No using One or Zero instead of “I” and “O”?

I see that. I have no explanation of that. Forza 5 isnt even showing up on the game feed. I dont know why? Maybe ill contact Microsoft and see if they have a solution. Thanks guys!
That website only shows 360 games not xbox one games.
@ANTIOCH — Again, I have no ability to see anything that you (or anyone else) cannot see, so this is just me trying to think of what might be happening. According to xbox.com, your most recent Achievement was on 12/10.2013 (BF4). I’d say triple-check that you didn’t somehow use a different GT to play the earlier Forza games.
In fact, here’s something to try:
Fire up FM4 on your 360…
Go into any track mode and take a photo…
Post the photo to your storefront, with an easy unique description that we can search for…
Let us know here in the thread when it’s been posted, and what description you used.
That way, we can search for the photo and see 1) if it shows up to begin with, and 2) to what GamerTag it belongs.
And, as mentioned, Xbox One games do not show up on xbox.com, but they DO show up in the Xbox One SmartGlass app — and I do see FM5 in your recently played games.
@DerfimusMaximus — when I look-up your GT on the Rewards page, it shows you at Tier 4 / 3615 points. Do you think that’s incorrect?

Ive sold all of my 360 games(to get credit for X1)/and was waiting on a cable to sell that back to GameStop. Ill just try and email the guys from turn 10. Again I appreciate all of the help!

Does your other gamertag have Forza games listed?
Can someone also check into my gamertag as the stats for Forza 4 and 3 don’t seem to match up as well… I have used the same gamertag for well, forever and my driver level is certainly higher than that which is listed on the rewards site as well as the distance driven, I have purchased all the cars and gotten all achievements on 4 also, yet some stats like driver level, on seems to not account on rewards site. AND YES, MY ACTIVITY DOES SHOW UP ON THE XBOX LIVE SITE!!! But, for some reason, my stats aren’t showing up here on Forza Rewards… Can someone please fix this! I am having problems with forza horizon not recieving the rewards gamerscore syncs but miles driven i recently bought car packs and i have no driven any miles.
All of my rewards match up Except for FM5 cars owned. Its saying i own 9 but i know it over 100. I’ve been waiting over a week for it to update. How much longer should i wait?
