FM7 XboxOneS Serious Performance Issues & Crashes in Multiplayer

Hi there, I’m just wondering if anybody else is suffering with these issues in multiplayer?
Also where is the best place to bug report these problems as they are becoming a huge time sink instead of joyful online play.
I have 40mbps+ fibre broadband and have no other issues in games or streaming on my PC, PS4 or other XboxOneS games

1: Once a race has completed and the next track is starting to load; the UI becomes very slow and at times unresponsive. This can make changing car impossible in hopper lobbies.

2: Every 3-4 races when in a continuing hopper lobby 80% of the lobby will be sent to the track whilst the remaining 20% will be stuck in the lobby unable to race, even though the locked out 20% racers have been in the same lobby for 3-4 races. I’ve been in one lobby for 3 races and on the fourth it left me and another guy in the lobby whilst the rest of the room raced, so I decided wait in the room and make a hot drink, ready to return for the next race. When the next intermission started I waited and the game left me out again, stuck in the lobby unable to race whilst the rest of the room were placed on track.

3: When in hopper lobbies my car will spawn on track with no car sounds; all I hear is: menu music, other peoples vehicles and wind resistance.

4: Every 3-4 races when in multiplayer the game will crash to the dashboard; this usually happens when a new track is loading and on the odd occasion it can happen mid-race, also it will happen if you join a hopper and have to wait in the lobby for any longer than a few minutes waiting for the race to finish; which is frustrating in the GT endurance hopper as those races can be 20 minutes long.

5: At times the A class hopper can divide into 2 seperate races on the same track, usually placing 22 players in one race and 2 players in the other.

6: At the start of every other race you will notice at least one player speeding off down the start/end straight as the rest of the lobby are sitting at the start countdown. I think this is linked to the car model in the lobby, when the race countdown has started and the ui locks you can accelerate and your ‘lobby car’ will do a burnout.

I love the game and I continue playing; however, the above issues combined have tested my patience a few times.
