Is there a way to find out which cars are unlocked and where? When you click on car a lists Forzathon. crates, showcases, specialty dealer etc. for every car. Is that a generic list or can you say unlock the Audi S3 by just buying prize crates or will it only come up in the dealer or are all the cars available by multiple methods?

The 2017 racer cars arenāt as new as we thought.
Itās a shame the 2017 #33 Mercedes isnāt the actual 2017 car, just the 2014 with 2017ish livery. The 2017 car has a different front bumper (from 2015 onwards), 265 tyres (from 245) that are required this year. The 2017 car should look different under the bonnet too as the 2017 car has a new ToCA engine and the new design of 2017 front and Rear subframes. The Bentley is still the show car model. but at least the Ford Fusion has been fixed and the Formula meh (Formula E is its official title I believe) have the 2016-2017 wing update.
Also its good that the 2017 Porsche 919 is scanned from the real car and not the awful low detail show car that was used 2015 919.
Well after 24 hours of game play i have completed the forza drivers cup and only a few of the missing cars become available, in total after the cars obtained by show case events, specialist dealer and winning event series there is 103 total cars locked and no specific way to obtain them, bare in mind 28 of these cars are forza edition cars, all im going to say is expect these missing cars in forzathon and the specialty dealer, as i have opened near 4 million in cr of prize crates and not obtain one of these missing cars
Okay Iām not sure if I missed something but Iām missing more than a few cars that were listed in the game. I can see them in free play but not in the Buy Cars or Collections menus?
See my post above, they have a lot of cars classed as exclusive content and only obtainable in certain ways, at this moment no one knows when they will be available
Thanks I didnāt notice that the collections screen scrolled right either. Itās just a complicated way of doing something that didnāt need changing.
Anybody know how to unlock the 2016 GT3 RS?

totally agree, they should have just either left it as it was like previous games or just have every car in a tier level, i think its unnecessary to hide 100 plus cars from us that are apparently ālaunch carsā

you can do it in freeplay but it will only be a rental and wont earn any credits until you actually buy it
itās in tier 4 and costs 315000 creditsā¦oops thatās the 2018 Gt2 RS
the 2016 gt3 is in tier 3 and costs 235,000

I see it in the car collections but Iām just about to turn tier 5 and itās still not available to buy in the tier 3 collection.
It must be in a challenge somewhere but Iāve yet to find it.
How to Unlock GT350R?
I THINK itās unlocked via a showcase, but Iām not sure.
Itās probably gonna appear in the speciality dealership at some time in the game, or you will unlock it as a Forzathon reward.

Its obtainable through a show case event in the forza drivers cup, i cant remember if you have to complete the drivers cup first as i know some more showcases became available for me after completing it
Click on the 2016 GT3 when in the car collection and youāll see itās only available via Forzathon, Specialty Dealers, Crates and other special events
Does it seem to anyone else that their choice of lock cars is a littleā¦strange? Why would they lock us out from buying the 458, or the Vega, or the El Camino, or even the Dodge Dart.
I havenāt gotten to the Elite round yet so I donāt know if there are specific showcase events (if anyone knows it would be awesome to find out) But it just seems like such a bizarre assortment of cars to lock the players out from buying

Really love the game so far.
But some things are still not clear enough.
How can I buy the Vulcan?
Its not under Aston Martin, also not listed under collections.
Two Youtube guys have and Iām awaiting there answer how they got it.
The AI also useses this car.
