if the cloud save as been deleted by you etc, as when you delet a game and you click everywhere then it delets from your drive as well as the cloud, no cloud save, no backup save so you have to start over.

I’m not never delete my cloud data.
my cloud data existence 15.11.24 , but it is load …

The same happened to me.

1. Logged on with 2 people.
2. I use an external drive.
3. we played Forza 6
   4 I log on later to play alone.
   5 It tries to synch my data. It failed 5 times or more.
   6 It tells me synch successful.
   7 I am now level 1and missing 75 or so cars and am flat broke.
   Obviously something is wrong. I checked the Forza app and it tells me I own 50+ cars played hundreds of hours. So obviously I’m not a lvl 1.

Anyone know how to contact Forza to try and get this rectified?

Just curious if in these cases your Xbox One is or is not your “Home” computer? If it isn’t and you’ve played on another system perhaps a Friend has, you may need to change that designation because the system is looking elsewhere for your latest data.
