They already said it will take a long time to fix the game.
So nothing will happen within one month…
Where are the bug fixes? I do not think the game is nearly as bad as many say it is and I’ve been enjoying it so far, but there are critical aspects that must be fixed.
In my case I do not care about more cars or tracks. I just race with a few cars and usually compete on the same tracks. I couldn’t care less about more random cars that I will never use.
What I do care about is getting a stable game with good performance and with features that would benefit everyone such as a proper matchmaking system, more variety in races (why are there no long races?), a proper penalty system, getting the replays to work and fixing the desync issue that can get pretty annoying.
There is a road version and imo one of the best.
So,if there was no update this month people would still complain as well.Classic.
As for bug fixes nobody knows whats included in this update.
That’s going to take months. I’d say a good six months.
I’m happy with the update though. It must be really bad atmosphere at T10 now so things won’t come quickly.
Releasing a track that’s being raced on IRL this month and expanding the MP offerings is a decent start. Fingers crossed they stay on this path.
Daytona sounds like fun with
Singleplayer Freeplay long Ovalraces
BUT just watch what this guy found out about lapped AI in FM:
so no OvalFun until the AI got fixed bigtime…
Adding long races shouldn’t take months. They just need to enable them and that’s it. I don’t get why they’re not offered at all. Just open a single lobby of long races for Touring/GT cars and see if players are into it or not.
but it does, main problem is when the AI get lapped - just watch the video above.
And in multiplayer where AI isn’t even enabled? There are some who have been begging for longer races so that pit strategies can actually come into play.
I’d love longer races I really miss them from FM7. It was great to alter the length. I hope it comes back.
Called it. Daytona for January lol.

Bro, I didnt even notice its still on sport tires in X class. literally what??? How? Whoo??
Oh, This is the Valkyrie BTW, Stock
ya in MP it should be easy to add long races…
I meant for multiplayer (I thought the lobbies thing implied that but I should’ve been more specific). In multiplayer the CPU is not a factor so I don’t understand why there are no long races for people that mostly play online.
Only content, no AI, performance, textures, reflections improvements…
I see nothing wrong with this.
Wait until you experience the straight line acceleration, and the brakes. Even for a 2,277 lb car (in game) it’s too good. GT7 hasn’t done a good job representing the cars true performance either.
Anyone whos driven a car before at T10 from two years ago:
At least I can say I care as much about Forza Motorsport as the devs do.
I think the fact their studio is in Seattle has finally caught up to them.
Genuinely doubt even a dozen people over at T10 are even car people to any serious extent.
Just a studio of interns and fresh college grads.
I was surprised to see the update announced all of a sudden (without the stream) but I must say, I like that style of presenting new content and events more, with a well directed and condensed video.
I didn’t expect another new (or even returning) track after the holiday break so it’s a welcome surprise too. I also like events centered around racing at Daytona (in parallel to the real world) in multiplayer and around classic cars in singleplayer (or modern but other than super- and hypercars for once).
Having some Alfa Romeo, Lancia, and Abarth models back is a great thing but it’s needless to say that we should have them in the game from the beginning. And I hope that those “minor fixes for car and track content” include numerous issues with AM Valkyrie, as well as nasty curbs around Yas Marina or Silverstone
