Whew.
Youre too negative man. While yeah theres still work to be done on this game, it is far better than it was on release and this update 20 was a nice shot of life to keep this train rolling. One update at at time they are chipping away at these issues as best as they can.

Sophy AI in GT7 is pretty good too. Even the normal AI in GT7 was decent the last time I played it. But the new AI in FM8 IS better than it was. Itās a step forward at least. Iām going to do a lot more testing of it tomorrow. Right now the most annoying thing about FM8 AI, for me at least, is the inability to race against road cars that donāt have body kits or crazy wings and wheels.

what are you all complaining about? this is the best sim-cade available on console and to charge Ā£4 on a car pack of very good cars is really cheap compared to every other game even gt7 if a new car comes in like the old formula mercedes which costs 20 million credits [which is impossible to get] they offer you to buy credits like an addictive phone, Ā£20 for 2 million credits so if you want to buy the mercedes with money it will cost you Ā£200 pounds!

Is it just me or does the Furai, DeTomaso, and Mustang in the paid pack sound infinitely better than 95% of the cars we got for free? I think itās like that for Horizon 5 also with paid content.
Iām so infuriated that they do this. Whatās the point of adding free content? If money brings better content then they shouldāve never went the route of free content. It was never a problem until FH3 when they started under delivering and shipping unfinished products. Free content in Forza since then has just been let down after let down.
Iāll happily pass on the DLC because Iāve paid enough and Iām not supporting this studio until they put the effort of making these cars sound good into all of the cars that have been reported. If you all can make a Furai sound correct then you can make anything sound correct.
You guys donāt HAVE to provide services for free.

Ai was better until I increased the difficulty. Now theyāre back to their old nonsense. Tried to set the difficulty back to what I had when I started playing after the update installed, but no change. Thereās still some absolute tryhards. Itās driving me mad. Iāve lost count the amount of times an Ai has got a boost of speed in a turn and nearly spun me out. Theyāll get a boost of speed and get right along side me then push into me like Iām not there. The best part about the Ai doing this is that theyāre following me. The randoms donāt seem to give me any grief, but the people that follow me or have friended me in the past have become my worst enemies.
Nope. Try again T10. This isnāt it. Idk if theyāre learning player bad behavior or what, but this needs to end.

It was mostly a joke, but the truthful part would be they obviously want to start making some money on this gaas, if they cant, well you know.

You know you can earn rewards just for playing the game, and then redeem these rewards to use on the Xbox store, so just by logging in and playing you can buy the DLC for free. I had about $15 saved up so far just doing nothing.

20,000,000 credits is not impossible to get in GT7. It may be difficult, but you donāt have to spend any real money to get the credits.
You have to spend real money to get the Mazda Furai and the Mustang GTD in Forza Motorsport 2023. There are no other options to obtain those cars. I canāt run championships over and over, I canāt be frugal and save my credits. Unless I spend real money, I can go kick rocks.
This is on a game that has done remarkably little to justify selling paid DLC of any kind. People have been begging for championships to come back and be permanently added to the game since a month after release, and this is what they consider an acceptable response.

this is my imagination or game looks more smoothing with taa off then before?
We have been playing a broke game for over a year, many people me included hav paid over 100 dollars for a game where u cant even have a manual grid order in private lobbys. And now you want me to pay even more for a dlc car pack. Shame on u Turn 10.

Canāt speak on the DeTomaso yet, but the Furai sounds all right and the Mustang GT3 sounds good if a fair bit muffled/compressed.

Thereās no way Iām paying for DLC when the game has so many other issues that should be fixed. It tells me where their priorities lie.
And this is coming from a someone whoās been playing since FM1 and has to have every car pack.

Weirdness with the steering was one of the reasons I uninstalled this game a few months ago. Sounds like thereās been a big step forward in this area. Can you tell me what degree of rotation you set your wheel to outside of the game to get the new soft lock to work properly? Is it 900? 1080? Thanks!
You would think, for the sake of the 20th anniversary celebration, the car pack would have been a gift pack. The fact that itās being charged for shows the reach of T10 for money. A few free cars for the Anniversary celebration would have a nice touch. The paid dlc could have come a couple of updates later. Would have built a lot of good will among the players.
