Please add the compatibility patch for the thrustmaster t-gt ii please because you support member didnt knowed this steering was working on pc and argued it was a ps4/ps5 only…

There is a Typography error in the patch notes. It says “items” which implies more than one item. /s

It wasn’t

The update is live.
On series X go to my games and apps.
Then manage updates.
You should see it when you select the updates tab.
Click the update file and install.

If successful when you launch the game you should be on version 1.495.9696.0

Can confirm (for me at least) upgrading in between career races no longer crashes. PC Store, Win11.

I just applied the latest patch on Steam and I can confirm the bug is NOT fixed. The first race I did saved properly, the second one triggered the bug again.

(You can trigger the bug manually by going into a career race, adjusting your fuel before starting it and then trying to take a photo during the race. If you can’t save the photo, getting stuck on a spinning wheel, the bug has been triggered and you won’t have your career progress saved.)

Like I previously mentioned on these forums, the only workaround that works for me (90% of the time, at least) is to not adjust fuel settings before starting a race.

I did two races adjusting fuel and the first one worked, the second one didn’t.

Wow a whole week and we got one incredibly niche bugfix? Great news for anyone doing Quick Upgrades in the Intro Cup… which is how many players on a given day?

This game has less content, fewer features and more bugs than most indie arcade racers I’ve played, and this is the pace of the updates? There’s nothing in the game and nothing in the near future to generate the least bit of hope and excitement for the game. What a devastating embarrassment for Turn 10 – allegedly a AAA studio doing a great impression of 4 dudes working on their first game project.

Strangely I never have this bug but my game always crashes at the time of the prize-giving and getting the money

So endless loading issue still here
T10, you’re just team of ’s

Please dont insult 4 dudes working on their first game project. They would never have divisions this atrocious.

Guys, i suggest those who still have loading issue to vote up for this ticket

It seems that stuff has been fixed. Dunno about career mode but I was able to get back to the multiplayer event planer and get into another race without infinite loading screens or being kicked back to the game main menu. So this hotfix is promising

Like since the first patch I wasn’t able to get into another race without restarting game, like every time.

Not working here (PC)… I’ve tried multiple times.
Was upgrading, was changing fuel in menu and in prerace screen where it shows the grid/drivers
It triggered some other bug but progress was fine and was saved the photos too

Microsoft Windows PC
GAME
After UPDATE 1.1 - Result - Does not save game progress on “CARRIER” I finish the Race, after when i finish ang go to MENU, after Turn off game and I will run again game and shock! No save game progress! Where is the button in the game “SAVE” or “SAVE THE PROGRESS”. ?

AFTER 2 UPDATES - Not been fixed fundamental and primary error/ bug of the game. Good suprise but is real. The game is currently unplayable for career mode

And what with fading textures?

I’m wondering if Microsoft is aware of the current situation in one of their first-party studios. I have a feeling they are either heavily understaffed or completely incompetent. Personally, I hope it’s the former.

Doesn’t appear fixed to me! (Xbox Series X) this happened straight away, first race after downloading the update.
For me this bug occurs over 50% of the time I upgrade the vehicle, it also means I have to complete the race again sometimes more than one race. (Redoing the races and losing progress in a series is the frustrating part)

Now, I’m not a dev but surely having an auto save occur straight after race completion before upgrades can be applied would be a quick fix? This would just mean restarting the game, upgrading car and moving on to the next race. But what do I know.

I don’t understand how it takes so long to get a game breaking bug like this sorted out, it’s been there since day one? Im now just playing the rivals mode as it’s the only reliable thing you can do. (Multiplayer crashes after quali 25% of the time for me)

Please fix this game, it has so much potential!

Update after restarting the console I can confirm this has NOT made a difference. I managed to complete two race before the bug occurred again. Guess I’ll have to wait another week before any news!
