It seems that stuff has been fixed. Dunno about career mode but I was able to get back to the multiplayer event planer and get into another race without infinite loading screens or being kicked back to the game main menu. So this hotfix is promising 
Like since the first patch I wasn’t able to get into another race without restarting game, like every time.
