It appears they are now starting to roll out fixes alongside the bigger updates that have been coming monthly.Well Played Turn 10!!! I’m not really having any game issues,other than I have to re-select my control preset and driver gear at the start of every session,so I dont know what this 1gb patch fixed.I hope it gets some of you guys/gals having issues in a much more stable state.
Brilliant just had the game crash twice on me in C class multiplayer. Restating my console to see if that helps.
Seems ok after restarting console
My HUD disappeared a couple times, then I selected tires and a fuel amount during a Spotlight Series multiplayer race, but did not receive fuel or tires. I’ll try it again later after a restart, but I need to walk away for the moment before my blood pressure rises more.
Hot fixes are not a new thing in the Forza world. But I agree with you, in that these are good things for those having issues.
Is it just me or is the dash and instruments clearer now? Also was AI improved in this hotfix? I had to use rewind several times as my eye caught details in the dash of the Arbath 124 that was not consistent with previous races I had done with other cars. AI seemed cleaner as well…
I’m sure I’m not imagining things with the dash as I also noticed the odometer changing as well. Before it was blurry even though I’m running 1440p.
Jumped into another car and track and again the dash instruments were clearer. Unless it was updated Nvidia drivers…
My guess would be the updated video drivers, but in any event, glad you are seeing improvements.
Yeah well I’m not new to the rodeo,this is the first hotfix for this game and a perfect time to encourage Turn10 for doing the right thing and not waiting until the next content release.Everything else we have received have been scheduled content updates.Random hotfixes are a good thing.
I noticed it too,in the Saleen the instruments are easier to read now for sure and I’m still using 537.58 with my 3090.Nvidia hasn’t made a stable driver since,the official nvidia driver forum is full of bricked cards and malfunctioning systems atm.You never ‘need’ to have the latest drivers unless specified by a new game release.I don’t fix it if it isn’t broken…
Ok thats great. Im using latest 551.23 so we can therefore confirm that its not driver related and also that im not going nuts hahaha

Anyone else randomly get the Soundcloud driver suit in Hotfix 4.1?
Yep i also got a suit. After finishing a race and going back to the menu i got told there was an update to content and it went back to initial login screen got an update and upon going to main menu saw the new item being a suit.
Can someone check on the Shelby Cobra’s gauges? Does it still look like someone needs glasses?
If you can change between full RT, Car Reflections only and RT off and check please? The gauges use to look like they were on the wrong side of an Anisotropic filter.
Also Car Reflections RT option on gets decent FPS. I know this isn’t due to the hotfix, but it use to have abysmal FPS along with the rest of the RT options on my PC. Just something I recently noticed.
Am I imagining things or has the lighting improved since the hot fix. I swear it looks better on series x

With RT on, the game looks brighter and more vibrant. But that happened for me on update 4.0.
I’m still waiting for longer races in multiplayer.
No I’m on performance mode with no rt.
Game just kicked me out on lap 6 of 7 at Laguna Seca touring cars. I was second place so gutted
Never had this before while in race.
I fired up my X for ya Staffy,it does look more vibrant.HDR also looks better,they must be tweaking color ,values and such.I swear somehow they are tweaking stuff in the background but that’s impossible without a version change isn’t it?
