I have tried everything and still have this issue. It is rediculous how buggy this game is. I cant get my tunes or anything. Needs to be fixed quickly. Forza 7 the great game. Yeh maybe if there was no bugs like there is. Please sort it out, i race online and dont see that happening if ee cant even access msgs
I have no issue with tunes,doing the forzathon,auction house,rivals or multiplayer MOST of the time.Its the message centre that doesnt work for me,thefixdoesnt do anything for me,it only worked a handful of times now nothing.It seems to be some people have slightly different issues to others,maybe there will be something about it tonights week in review.

Been 3 weeks for me, not a single message in the message centre (my forzahub rewards better still be there), Auction house also does not work, Multiplayer is limited/pointless. This is happening to me on both Xbox & PC and still nothing from Turn10… what a joke
From the main menu of FM7 try to press the Xbox button, go into settings, network, go offline, wait 5 seconds and go back online, press B a few times to go back to FM7 main menu.
Tell me if the message center works this way
Since the last update, the game takes preposterously long to do any kind of loading or saving - be it at the launch screen, saving paints, loading career races or rivals, etc. Across the board, load and save times have gotten ridiculous.
Please fix your server issues - my message center hasn’t worked in days… I read a fix here that if you go offline from Network settings for a few seconds (with the game running in the background) and go online, messages pop up in the Center. This is not a permanent fix. I can’t access Rivals events, the 300,000 I won through Forzathon did not get added to my balance because the servers were down and I can’t even find paint designs… because servers are dead.
Please consider not adding 700+ cars next time - the game needs many, MANY fixes and fast.
Also, when I sometimes apply a paint, I go to a race or back in the menu, only to discover my car has reverted back to the previous paintjob. What?!
Finally, there are microstutters in the game now, frame freezes that sometimes last nearly a second or more… and the sound gets stuck too… kind of like the rev-hanging from Horizon 2.
As a genuine customer and fan of the series, please find a quality testing crew and have your game looked at from the inside and out. Thank you!
P.S: I remember the good ol’ days of FM2 and 3… please bring back that level of quality and polish to your FM games at least… don’t care much for Horizon.
It didn’t help. By the way the game is connected, I can play forzathon. Only the message center does not connect.
Strange. For me and other people it worked (as a temporary fix, cause every time I fire up FM7 I have to do this)
Same problems here. No messages, Speciality Dealer not working etc, etc.
I myself have been experiencing this for a few weeks now since I pre ordered Forza Horizon 4, hope it is resolved soon
Still broken here. Into week 3 now. And can’t get the work-around to work anymore either.
Just wondering but how long do the rewards stay in the message centre unclaimed before they are deleted?If some people have been unable to access there rewards via the message screen what happens to the credits they have lost? I have tried the fix and whilst it worked intermittently for a few times it doesnt seem to work for me anymore.
It looks like the Forzathon being offline problem etc has now been fixed but until today there was nothing in my Message Center so I couldn’t download my weekly rewards or the F50 and there was no link to new outstanding rivals.
Tried the usual method of going offline, waiting, then going online yesterday but my Message Center was still not working.
However today I tried the procedure again slightly differently as below and it all worked fine. Got my weekly rewards, the F50 and a link to Rivals. Amazing.

Same here (PC). I managed to get it working once. I have no idea how. Guess I was just lucky.

EDIT: auction house messages work like a charm. Weird…
I had two accounts that refused to get messages, while 3 did, all doing the offline/online.
The two accounts that didn’t get messages, I signed them out of Xbox live and back in, the launched fm7, then offline/online, then messages arrived.
Why it’s so screwy, have no idea, but I bet it’s an easy fix!
I have the same problem… Three weeks with no drivatar bonuses, can not share liveries or replays, no messages on messages box, no new cars on special dealer, and also some problems with Forzathon rewards…
me too, have to do the work a round which does not always work.
So, new update is out, and still no fix for this issue. Great! (not really)
