Good news everyone! This has been fixed 
The Token issue in game has also been fixed. You will automatically receive your tokens in game.

I am having the same problem with the addons and tokens not showing up in game
I am sorry to say but this issue has NOT been resolved. I downloaded Forza Horizon 2 for free through my gold membership then purchased the Porsche dlc pack. I also downloaded all the free Dlc packs and none of the cars are listed as free in the autoshow. I have to spend game currency to acquire the cars. This is not what is stated in the Microsoft store when purchasing a DLC pack. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and DLC packs, waiting 48 hours to see if it is reflected on my account, hard restarting my Xbox one, all to no avail. I really want to play this game and want to buy all the DLC packs but at this moment I’m so frustrated I may not reinstall.
