It is not Turn 10s job to block people you do not want to play with.
I do agree that these glitches should be fixed though.
A while ago they said they’re looking in on it, but they didn’t know a fix for it. Unfortunately, there are glitches in every game, but the fault lays on the community for abusing them 
Why isn’t T10 keeping track of their own game or it’s community? If all these people are filling reports then shouldn’t they be well aware of the issue? I’m not overly concerned with the individuals that are glitching, but rather why the developer isn’t offering any support for its game. If this was any other game the problem would have been patched long ago. They are too busy worrying about making their next dollar with dlc and horizon.

Thanks for the additional place to address my concerns. I’ve got my fingers crossed that a routine email might do something but with how T10 is I’m not holding my breath.
In the meanwhile, when you run into those glitches they should be REPORTED by going into VIEW GAMER CARD, then Report or block, followed by Report, then select Unsporting behavior. There is then a box to fill in “CRASHER” - disruptive in races, causes wrecks, etc. Followed by Report to Xbox.
If you have the accurate gamertag, in the Xbox One Dashboard, go Friends, in the left column use either “Recent Players” or “Find someone” and put the tag in there. The same reporting system as above is in effect, and you can file the report there.
This sends a report directly to the Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement Team which will investigate, maybe even visit and observe the offender during gaming sessions, and then ban that person from not just a single game but Xbox LIVE itself.

So I sent an email. I got a auto reply that basically said thanks but they might not read it because of the volume of emails they receive…
Read the reply again as what you posted here is not what the auto reply says.
“Thank you for contacting Turn 10 Studios. Due to the volume of mail we receive, we cannot individually respond to all e-mails sent to us.” Call it what you want but it sounds lame to me.
I will accept that I am being pedantic but there is a difference between them saying they cannot “respond to” versus them saying they cannot “read” all emails.
In short the email will be read and will presumably be sent to the relevant section within Turn 10. There they will decide what action to take. There may or may not be an email sent back to you explaining that.
I’ve sent video proof to that email twice, to different individuals that’d glitched out of the track on tag virus. I received that auto reply almost immediately, but the said time I didn’t. I’m pretty sure the first guy I reported with video proof clearly showing his car and his gamer tag above, also pressing ‘start’ to show he’s the last one not tagged… I’m pretty sure nothing has been done.
I clicked his profile a couple of days ago (I reported him weeks ago), and his drivel level hasn’t been reset, but I think he hasn’t been on Forza 5 for a while, so maybe TURN10 gave him a timed ban ?
My second victim I reported, I captured two clips from back to back games (he did it 3 of the 3 I played in that lobby), but I figured two clips would be enough, anyway with this email I added a little more text requesting that I can maybe get an email back letting me know what action they took and wether this is actually worth my time, it takes ages to upload the clips, then getting it from OneDrive is a task in itself.
The second person was level six thousand and something, I see him at least once every time I play tag, and I just got fed up with his glitching. What’s the point of playing a car game, if you don’t enjoy driving the cars ? Sitting outside the map is pointless and frustrating to other players, why should this idiot decide when the games over ? Anyway, I saw him a couple days ago, he’s now level 6200, if I see him today, I’m going to be ****** off.
I agree … I’ve got video proof on players as well, The easiest thing would be to… drum rollllllll … change the tracks in tag… honestly how hard would that be? I’ve been told to quit complaining, but I can’t play a game I paid a lot of MONEY for, that’s the Kicker… real Money, not fake money, real stuff,… just so I can sit in tag for over an hour and report people? It’s a real Bummer…
So I attempted to get some videos last night and I failed… tried 3 lobbies and I waited for over 15 min a lobby and none of them finished. I see why u guys are asking for this to be fixed because if that was my favorite game to play I would have sold forza along time ago and told others to not waste 5 heir time if they want to play tag or whatever it’s called.
Right? I was extremely disappointed to come across a bunch of jerks who glitch out of the track. Not to brag or anything but yesterday I played tag and there was me and another guy left to be tagged and I managed to last 14 minutes and It was awesome! BUT once I had finally been tagged I had to wait 40 minutes till someone else glitched out of track to tag the noob who had glitched out and was playing annoying music In his mic just to be a total D Bag. HOW HARD IS IT TO JUST GIVE TAG NEW TRACKS!? OR JUST FIX THE GLITCH.
Yeah. It seems the only way to have any fun playing tag is to single out one of the people trying to glitch out and make the game hell for them by ramming into them. It’s sad to say but I’ve been getting good at making them quit. The worst part is they’ll throw insults at me like “you’re a jerk” “quit being a D bag” or my favorite “people like you are ruining the game”. What world do these people live in?
Ughh… I just bought VIP and a car pack and was excited to play some tag. IT TOOK ME about 30 minutes to even get in a lobby and now that I’m finally In one I have some jerk right now glitching in my lobby! IM SO SICK OF THIS! It makes me so angry, what can I do to report them?! I don’t care how much of a hassle it is I just want them gone this is ridiculous! These jerks take the fun out of the game!
Reporting a person does just about nothing. If it did do something then why wouldn’t they just have the problem fixed in the first place. It’s a Microsoft studio game right? Besides reporting someone doesn’t actually fix the problem. I’ve been sending t10 a email once a day with a link to this thread but that’s not going to do anything either. That’s just how Turn 10 rolls…
Im In a game right now with 3 people glitched out of the track. I’m so pissed off right now and now feel stupid for buying some DLC’s. Tag has always been my favorite thing to play and I don’t feel like playing any other game type. I’m taking a break from this game for awhile its making me very upset and I can’t take it anymore. I can’t remember the last time Iv ever been so angry over a game. I wish I could get a refund on the DLC I bought today because I’m totally regretting it and no longer want to play this game. I’m so fed up.
do you guys realise that those glitches are there on purpose for people to find ???
the easy way not to have glitches would be not to have areas where cars can actually go and drive.
if there are areas for car to drive on outside of the normal track or area, it is because it is planned.

Please! Your logic is so broken! What’s the main purpose of cement barriers? I know, it’s to prevent people from going to some areas, not to skip it through like a ghost. If you really like clipping through walls, speedrunning is perfect for you.
