i have bought ultimate version on PC and it doesn’t start.
Same for me, I get to the splash screen and it disappears and closes the application. I have the newest nvidia drivers and I have tried launching the game with Kaspersky turned off.
Same problem here there is the fh4 pop up then it just close down without any error message.
the same thing happens to me, load the entrance and after nothing the game is closed, I also buy the ultimate edition, I have everything updated, I guess it is not our PCs, if not the game, that has some problems to load, let’s wait for tomorrow If there are more news or people with the same problem

Same here, really frustrating. Windows updated, drivers updated, no Afterburner or Rivatuner. I was really looking forward to playing FH4!

Same here. Game doesn’t start and everything updated of course. Demo worked perfectly well wierdly.
Really weird that they haven’t acknowledged it and said something like; “Hey guys, we know your frustrating and we are currently working on the problem.”
Instead its complete silence…
Same thing happening on the Xbox one x freezes and shuts down at start menu hopefully their looking into fixing this problem didn’t pay $100 for a game that won’t play
Ultimate edition so i could play today.
Try to start game>Box pops up> Game never starts.
No RTSS, No MSI, No antivirus Windows is up to date, Nvidia Driver is up to date.
Tried to download a free app, tried uninstalling and reinstalling one of the dlcs, run as admin, remove old updates with disk cleanup.
Tried to cycle log in and out with my windows account on computer and website, and store.
Corsair one ultimate computer.
I7 8700, Nvidia 1080ti, 32 gigs of Ram, 500g SSD
Currently going to uninstall and just wait for a one day patch or new build.

I created a ticket, and I got a response from NitroGlitter.
I was basically asked to record the game not launching. I mean, I appreciate the response, but what’s not clear about the game just opening fire a few seconds and the closing? It’s clear that they have their hands tied thanks to the trash that the MS Store is. It’s neither the game’s fault, or hardware monitoring programs.
I’m at work… I can’t do that at the moment, and honestly, I work almost 60 hours a week and I just want to go home, relax and enjoy the game. Not go home and work more.
honestly the worst part of all this is how slow the downloads are off the windows store, its only pulling half my bandwidth and they dont have any sort of verification system, just redownload everything lol
Yes, this. I mentioned in another thread how strangely enough, a similar sized game on Steam will download much quicker than in the MS Store.
I tried this with Doom. Same size. Takes about 20 minutes with my speed. FH4 takes nearly two hours.

Doesn’t start with same problem. Game is already re downloaded. Same result. Ticket is opened, but without answer for now.
PS FH3 & FH4 Demo are working properly same time.
Uh holy crap it works now. I unplugged my WMR device. Just curious now, anyone else with the crash issue have Multiple displays or a VR headset?
I have two displays.
UPD. Unplugging second display and restart PC doesn’t help.
