FH2 Presents F&F not showing up in Forza Hub

I played FH2 Presents Fast & Furious on Xbox 360. I’m able to see my gamerscore and achievements, but it’s not showing up in Forza Hub (all zeroes.) I contacted Xbox Support via Twitter and phone, and they pointed to the message boards. Any ideas? I’ve searched these threads, but can’t seem to find anyone with the same issue.

Note: I’ve already tried deleting/re-installing the app, and deleting/re-adding my profile. No luck. Also- I’m not able to boot up the game because I sold my 360.

You obviously missed THIS thread pinned at the top of this forum which tells you that the 360 versions of game son both the XB1 and 360 are not part of the Rewards program.

Ahh. So I’m guessing the F&F standalone game gets the same treatment. That’s too bad.
