Hi, my nickname is WideChaosStar and play on the Xbox One. My problem is that Forza Hub can not see my progress in 2F & F. I made a 100% career, I discovered all the roads and unlocked all the cars. And there is 0% in FH progres

I’m having a similar problem. It shows I cleared all achievements, but isn’t giving me credit for anything else.

As mentioned in many threads here on the forums the Rewards program has been misbehaving lately - especially with FH and F n F. T10 are looking at it but no promise on a fix at this time.
Anyone had any update regarding when this might be fixed ?
My gamerscore is incorrect but I am 100% complete ??
Same issue has been going on for me, for the past few weeks. I believe turn 10 is aware of this. It is not just for f&f fh2.
They should have the decency to keep up with the community on this issue publicly. Especially since they keep using Forza rewards for their next game. My DLC bought in forza Horizon still hasn’t popped up.
As I alluded to in my earlier post - WatchingPolecat (who works for T10) has posted in other threads that they are looking into it, but no word on when it will be fixed.
Part of the problem seems to be that not everyone is affected in the same way (my car total isn’t updating and my CR rewards for FM6 are wrong as a result, while others are having issues with DLC in FH or with achievements in F n F).
I would also like to know when this might be fixed. It seems that a lot of people are affected so I’m kind of surprised it’s still an issue right now. I’m especially concerned because it could potentially affect the new tiers that will be added.

My app won’t even launch even after 15 mins…
I just see the spinning wheel with the “presenting FM6” message.
