I think this request is directed rather to some moderators/administrators. I have problems with how ForzaHub recognizes my game progress and problem with in-game content.
1st: since February 2016 - since the beginning of my Forza Horizon: Fast & Furious story - ForzaHub always improperly recognizes my progress. For ForzaHub I have ALWAYS 200 less achievement points than I really have/than shown in the game itself. So finally, when I finished the game and gathered all 1000 achievement points, ForzaHub still says that I have only 800.
I think also since February 2016 I have similar but less drastic problem with Forza Horizon 2 - ForzaHub ALWAYS detects 20 less achievement points than I really have/then shown in game itself.
As I would like to have an opportunity to get higher tier before premiere of Forza Horizon 3, this is rather important for me. Could anyone please fix this? Every point counts
2nd: something like a month or 2 ago, on Xbox Store there was special release of Forza Horizon 2 DLC bundle. Despite I already got VIP, Porsche Expansion, Storm Island and some other DLC I decided to buy whole package - the value was good and it included Car Pass, which I wanted to but anyway in near future. I paid my money, I downloaded my DLC files and… And I still have to pay in CR for every car that comes from these DLCs! So I can say - I was simply tricked for money. There was one more DLC available, that wasn’t covered in that package - the one containing Lamborghini Gallardo. So I bought it (after that big bundle) and went to car shop in game. And all cars from this particular DLC (including Lambo Gallardo) were mine FOR FREE. So I would expect THE SAME for ALL cars, from ALL DLCs that were included in the bundle that I bought, including the ones from Carr Pass. Could any admin look into this?
I would like to see this fixed, as first - I just paid my money for these cars, and second - such stories are definitely limiting my enthusiasm about FH3 release. I am not sure if I want to pay my money again and stay with no perks (from owning previous FH2) or with no DLC cars. Can anyone tell me if FH3 will be free from such problems? My wife is always against spending money for games and when she heard how I loudly said “f***, where are all my free cars, why I still have to pay for them!” she got another argument against my games . When she has heard how much I am gonna spend later this month on FH3 after that DLC story in FH2, she called me an idiot and she was upset. Maybe for America based gamers these games are cheap, but for Polish gamers it looks much worse and we can’t say, that 360 PLN for FH3 Deluxe is cheap. It is rather expensive entertainment. So I would like to see this is working for such price!
Recently I also bought Car Pass for my less favorite Forza game - for Motorsport 5. And there I had no problems with gathering all my Car Pass cars for free. So this is another hint, that something went wrong in FH2 and someone must fix this.
The Rewards not being accurate is nothing new, or unique to you and T10 don’t seem to want/be able to actually fix it properly.
No idea what is happening with the ONE TIME free cars from the DLC (seems to be a few people having these issues and some of the packs do not give the cars for free either), but you have got the content and funds in game aren’t hard to come by to buy them anyway.
The mods can’t help you but you can send an email to forzafb@microsoft.com - you will get an auto reply and may not get anything else but that is the limit of your options aside from just playing and enjoying the games (they are not broken or missing anything, just these bonus programs not working properly).

After I looked more into the forums I have impression that there is no support at all… Or like whole Turn 10 business is run by 2-3 people and they are unable to do more than coding. Even without possibility to fix all code issues. That would be quite similar like in my gobal and very renowned company starting with big letter h, which always tries first to sell volumes of not cheap devices and then eventually think about some minimal tech support for those who bought it… Or they make user manuals in other languages than English after end customer threats them that they will return all devices as there are no manuals and no tech support in local language.
FH3 looks so nice on trailers. But wouldn’t it be just another digital hassle for me? What If I buy “Ultimate” edition and again - all those car pass and “all stars pack” cars will be available but requiring CRs instead of being free?
I’m gonna pass on FH3 unless they resolve this issue for me. I paid for 2 car packs and didn’t get any of the free cars. Tried the email address in this post and didn’t get a response. Tried contacting plaground and turn 10 through twitter and was ignored. Terrible customer service. They won’t be getting any more money from me, and I will be getting a refund for the car packs that didn’t work as advertised. I spoke to a xbox chat support person, who agreed to refund the car packs.
I’ve been playing Forza since 4 and have had no issues at all. In regard to the hub not updating I’ve found that it takes a few days to “update”. As for your points, not all are correlated to achievements some are for things like driver level and car count. You can see these in the details drop down. Go to your recent purchases and re-download. Also the car pass only applies to dlc cars.
You mean - like half a year or… ? It is nearly half a year since I finished FH2:F&F and hub still shows 800 instead of 1000 G…

Missing cars points and rank xbox one
Hi guys.
I just came back here to let you know, that after resetting alternate MAC of my console, after deleting my account from console and after resetting whole console to factory state (because for some stupid reason I couldn’t simply redownload my profile back so reset was a must) and finally after reinstalling whole additional game content… Microsoft Tech Support issued a refund for me, for the cost of whole Forza Horizon 2 Complete. That required opening 2 chat sessions. It is OK to have back my money, but I am not happy with the fact, that still I must pay with CRs for all cars. This is a serious pitty, that such error can not be solved in particular installation and that it can not be rectified generally, by some game update/fix.
I am not sure if I will buy FH3. On one hand this game looks brilliant on screens and demo footages - a game that every car passionate would like to play. But if I will have go through the same 3 hours troubleshooting, each time I buy some addon to the game, I think this is bad idea to purchase the game. There are better things to do in live, than countless chats with Microsoft and posts on Forza Forums.
The only good thing is that after resetting the console, both FH2 and FM5 saves were successfully downloaded to my console, without well known and famous “save game is corrupted” bug. But I got a dreadful moment, when “99%” was displayed for more than 20 minutes, then my pad has been powered off. When I powered it on and pressed Xbox logo to check the time in dashboard… game showed “controller disconnected” dialog and my progress bar has been lost. When I confirmed it with A, Forza Horizon 2 got back to “Game Syncing In progress” screen (with no % displayed) and after another 15 minutes I was back. With all my progress, but still without my DLC cars in garage, and still without DLC cars for free in an Autoshow. FM5 syncing was much easier, but I suppose only because I played less in this game and have less content there…
