the extreme e car is a good one, very strong in cc, itâs still weird that ten cars were put out, only other one I can think is the two ford mustang rtr drift cars, theyâre identical

This trial restriction is actually the main reason I voted for Upgrade Heroes. The reward cars donât matter all that much to me as I own all of the cars anyway but at least Upgrade Heroes still has a car that hasnât been rereleased.. well unless you count as a 48-hour special holiday shop.
Also there are 4 Extreme E cars that have not been rereleased in any way - #23, #55, #6, and #125. Thereâs also the #58 and #5 that have only been rereleased in the Forzathon Shop, not sure how many people actually check that every week. I would actually enjoy playing that series over, even if it did get somewhat repetitive, itâs at least a racing type I enjoy, with cars I donât mind driving all that much, for cars that a lot of people genuinely need. We havenât seen an Extreme E as a playlist reward since Series 32 (#42), and before that Series 21 (#44). All of that being said, it would not surprise me one bit if Series 10 goes up for vote that it wins, but it will depend on what itâs going up against.

I didnât do any research for the last vote and ended up regretting my choice of Horizon Wilds Takeover because the Trials arenât very interesting or replayable, in my opinion.
This time I looked at the events prior to voting and went with Cinco De Mayo for the same reason.
Upgrade Heroes seasonal championships and PR stunt restrictions arenât bad but didnât like the Trials. Also didnât like that the Donut Media Hi and Low stories were monthly challenges, no interest in doing those again.

I donât see where itâs explained what happens with the story points. Iâve already completed them. Does it autocomplete, reset the stories to start over, maybe theyâre just taken out of the playlist altogether or what?
I think if youâve done the stories you donât get anything again (though Iâd like a second of both donut 370Zs or whatever they are), you just have to endure one of the chapters
on at least one occasion the enthusiastic players had already finished stories when a âdo a story chapterâ appeared, it didnât work initially but did get fixed
the fallback playlist has these, incidentally - never been fixed as far as I know
I was just referring to the playlist points but you are correct that the hi and lo 350Zs are both listed as playlist rewards. It seems clear they should be attainable firsthand again.

does anyone know why 3 of the 4 cars in backstage voting are prizes from the current series? this doesnât make one bit of sense. is this normal, have I just not been paying attention?

itâs not normal, and itâs a bit odd; I want another DeBerti F-250 so it looks hopeful (maybe)
be interesting to see; maybe playlist but theyâre noted as being accolade cars which implies one-time-only - theyâre a bit funny about accolade cars, the picture and livery competitions donât allow them as prizes, which Iâd have though would not be a problem if the accolade has already been unlocked

All true afaik though sometimes theyâve been allowed as prizes.
However, listing them in the playlist as the prize sets the expectation that I get them when itâs marked complete. It is how theyâve designed it. I have no doubt Iâll be disappointed.

The 22B was up for vote against the Evo III 2 weeks ago but lost, itâs the 80 point reward this series and is in one of the forzathon shops in the Cinco de Mayo series so this vote isnât too surprising. Seems like thereâs been a few other things like this recently. Itâs pretty extreme though.

Well, I voted and just about guaranteed a victory for CInco de Mayo. I have yet to vote for the winning Backstage pass pair or Festival Playlist repeat.

That series had several non-autoshow side cars. What I noticed are the Subaru 22B, No. 14 Ford Fiesta, AE86, Mini X-Raid, CLK-GTR FE, standard Manx and the Donkervoort. Some are obviously more desirable or difficult to obtain. Itâs nice these are there for new players.

That list of cars could be titled âthe wheelspin cars that have come up the most for Abell 370 ⌠plus the Donkervoortâ. 
More cars to gift, I suppose. We just had the Suburu 22b as a reward and the Trueno in backstage. I hope they add something a little more rare as rewards.
Edit: I see Max just started the series thread. All Ferrari rewards. Some pretty rare.

For new players I expect the two JDMs to be desirable. The pseudo rng can be frustrating to depend on when thereâs a specific car being sought. Itâs better thereâs a specific path to attain them.
I usually post playlist screenshots for the upcoming season but looking through my previous videos, I seem to have a some videos missing for Series 7 Summer. If I remember correctly, this is because I had Covid at the time and had to take a few days away with the few I do have lacking commentary
Notably the First Look video where I get my screenshots from is missing so there will be no thread this week but Max has linked to the OG post at the top of this thread and I will be using this information as a jumping off point for my upcoming video
The other issue with Series 7 is the lack of expansion events but we shall have to wait and see what we get there I guess
