Festival Playlist events and rewards through July 13 (Winter S22)

Why’s that? Between money and Forza Points, I don’t need either of them. And there’s no shortage of ways to make more of both.

I complete treasure hunts for the “puzzle”, that is, if the clue not too forced and I can understand what they want me to do.

That happens more than I care to admit!

I decided to use @TonyKartRCR’s Trial tune this week. He did a great job as usual. If you’re on the fence because it’s RWD, just try it out. Great handling and grip but still has the power to keep up on straights. Nice work Tony!

Thanks for giving it a run! Glad you liked it. This car definitely does not lack top-end speed. It straight up just walks away from everyone. I just love this little 510!

Did the reasonably priced C class seasonal championship and saw @Jezza14 on my team. I knew we were in good hands. Good thing too because I got used and abused in my little Honda as I tried to work my way up front. Shot him a message to say hi and found out the 92 Celica he was used to take both race wins had my tune under it!

I used the Celica as well, and it had the "tuny by @TonyKartRcr " on the bumper. It’s a new livery with the Man City logo, but it’s virtually identical to the Gulf one.

I grew up in a town with 3 typhoons in it, and they are one of the most interesting cars ever made by a US mfg. my father had an '86 Jimmy S15 and the Typhoon is like if a Japanese tuning house got ahold of one. I would sell my soul for one of the Saudi editions, which is verrry American now that I read it back :joy:

edit: syclone had the Saudi edition. slightly less cool but sign me up anyway.

I ended up taking this one out…

I had an appropriate livery on hand:

It wasn’t perfect, as it has “tune by Cashless” which was inaccurate in this case, but I do enjoy advertising for you guys when I get a chance. (Not that it likely drives any downloads.)

The tune worked great! Fortunately the “bad guys” pretty much laid down on the second match after we won the first.

So I shared the car that was still under construction. Didn’t realize it til tonight when I ran the Trial. Arbs and diff hadn’t been touched and it was awful. Apologies if anyone tried it. I’ve since deleted it and shared the correct 510 tune. Geesh. No reason for a SC now. I don’t deserve it.

Yes nice tune @TonyKartRcr. I’d obviously downloaded for a previous event but it worked well for the sprints here.

My usual tuner has a bad knee and is taking painkillers. He recommended a 1980 Renault 5 Turbo with an A800 tune for the games and a 2008 BMW M3 with a dirt tune and offroad tyres for the Hot Wheels championship.

Obviously the games is an S1 event and with off road tyres and a low top speed I couldn’t get near the leader in the Hot Wheels event. Used the Hoonigan for the games and the 2002 BMW M3 GTR for Hot Wheels with your tunes and they both worked really well. Many thanks.

How is the trial going for everyone? The drivatars are not that bad… I mean they’ve been worse…hahaha. This was race one in the trial. Didn’t get a pic of race 2 but will rerun the trial and post one later.

I ran the classic muscle seasonal in co-op and it was fun! I started lapping teammates and drivatars around lap 4. Oddly enough, the drivatars are extremely well behaved on that oval. I was expecting the worst but it was the cleanest race I have been in.

Mistakes happen no biggie!

Thanks for giving my tunes a try.

Appreciate everything you do for us forum members here! Thank you!

I did actually, with all the notifications I’ve been receiving from this one, I was trying out a bunch of different tunes. No worries though, will give the new one a try. @TonyKartRcr’s is also really quick, but I struggle with the RWD tunes.
