Poor choice of class for the Rally Monsters SC, leaves you with just the Desert Flyer and Opel Manta as options, neither of which can fit just a basic AWD + Offroads build at all, so you’ve either got RWD + the Desert Flyer’s one tire compound which is at least Offroads, or RWD/AWD + stock tires on the Opel.

I know it says Offroad tires in the garage when viewing the Opel but comparing them to proper Offroads in the upgrade menu they look more like a pretty bad version of Rallies so the grip on Dirt won’t be great, I’d personally still take it with AWD over the Desert Flyer though unless you’re using M/C.

Does anyone know the 3 tracks for the Audi quattro Stock Showdown?

La Selva, Cordillera then Desierto if it goes to the 3rd race.

Lovely, thanks. Now I know what tracks I can practice.

I’ve uploaded every screenshot that I have to my blog but the Trial and Photo locations is included in this post.

Agreed, this was a bad restriction then and it still is now. I really do not like driving 2WD cars offroad, though the offroad race tires on the Desert Flyer do have enough grip to where it is manageable in RWD. The stock tires on the Manta, being the Rally tire compound albeit with less grip than the rally tire upgrade, with AWD should be fine too but yeah I do think this event should’ve been for A-class instead.

For the speed trap, I think you mean Océano Azul, not Trail.

To whomever decided to put diggers at the last turn in the VW rally, I hope you get flat tires for the rest of the year.

Can I ask how the tune recommendations we now get are decided upon?

Because for that Audi this week one of them is a poor tune even just at the build level with an alternative available from a much better tuner and said tune is also more popular, and the other just makes no sense whatsoever for anyone to opt to have on the car.

Yeah, with that jump right before the braking zone, it was impossible to avoid the excavators without slowing down.

I, too, was cursing them. I even did it twice having jumped over and did it on PS5 as well and still ended up coming in too hot again, but still was able to go wide around without coming to a dead stop.

Such a stupid design choice.

I think the Welcome Pack Taycan is the only German car that can hit 250 MPH stock on the main map. I’d imagine there are a fair few (the Spyder for sure) that could do it on the Hot Wheels map. I don’t know if I’ve ever noticed this before, but there are only two German hypercars in the game, and neither one comes anywhere close to the high-end top speed of your truly crazy hypercars.

Unless I’m missing something though, it’s not possible to do the speed trap in a stock Audi R8. That thing has really disappointing top-end speed, and going up that hill right before the speed trap kills its momentum.

I got within 2 mph which made me think it could be possible but you’re probably right

It might just be if you get the absolute perfect line, but I didn’t have the patience to sit around and try. I didn’t check to see if I had any upgrades purchased from last time.
