Festival Playlist events and rewards Nov. 16-23 (Autumn S27)

Great Trial, we clean sweep both races (no AI beats us), it’s about to tell me blue team wins and…

Disconnected.

For god’s sake…

Nice tune for the Merc @PlageBLN. Great livery too. Let’s try that again, shall we? Maybe without getting disconnected 5 SECONDS before it tells me we won?

Anyone see how well the limo handled the hairpins in the EventLab?

The AI always rubber bands like crazy when the finale races are in the playlist, usually kicks in when you cross an x0% mark, then they’ll back off a bit. Or maybe they always do that, been a while since I’ve run one of them.

“average day at the office”

To be honest, I don’t know what I want to “tell” with that 2 pictures.
Maybe I’m bragging? Maybe showing how easy Trial is? Maybe showing how quick Scout is (was doing high 1:26 around Mangrove, so it wasn’t that quick)? IDK, ignore me :upside_down_face:

PS. That prestige 4 player in Bronco Raptor was not interested at all in using brakes. At least it was easier for me to overtake everyone while they are examining the wall.
PS2. My scout was painted in bright pink.
PS3. It was my 2nd attempt. In 1st there was fully tuned Scout and GMC Jimmy with competent drivers. There was no way to keep up with them.

I had a crappy team three times I ran this today. I did my cleanest work with the worst team. They quit after this race and just myself and another guy finished. I still did a nice 4:24 in the good ole scout. never used it before (yeah I know blasphemy in this game lol). My fav is still the hummer event. I went so fast the AI was rolling over. It made me feel vindicated since they just beat the snot out of me in rally adventure today on unbeatable.

Judging from what I’ve just seen, you and I are pretty close to being neighbors. Unless you picked the Missouri Military Academy and a dealership from Granite City, IL out of thin air…which I find highly unlikely.

I’m actually from Southwest MO (the REAL Springfield )

My son has gone to MMA for summer camps. The Granite City dealership was happenstance. I was just searching for Gulf Cobra liveries.

they really missed a chance to name the road championship SHELBY COMIN’ ROUND THE MOUNTAIN.

Pretty sure that was one in an old series. Would need a deep search to check.

Nope - wrong again - it was
Treasure Hunt - 3 Pts - “Shelby Coming Down the Mountain” - She’s a beauty to behold, you must drift sideways to win gold - Get 3 Stars (500K) on Cara Este Drift Zone in a Shelby car -

Series 19 - March 2023

That’s quite a bit quicker than I was, but as I understand it, the Scout is basically a meta car and you’re a much better driver than I am.

Gotcha. Im born and raised in the St. Louis area. Oh well, a fellow Missourian is good enough for me.

I was going to say, my first run of the GMC Jimmy on Mangrove was a 4:27, i could have done better if i did MC. You got a tune for that one by any chance? May give it a few more runs over the weekend and see what times i eventually pull in it.

Nice time for an untuned Scout by the way

No. but I can try to make something. You want that for A, M or M+C?

I know that is what you probably meant, but Just to be technically clear. It is tuned, but just to 501PI. Stock Scout is D class 350PI(?) or something.

Thanks, i’m rarely doing A these days so M or M+C ( i can do both those nowadays  )

I appreciate you doing this :+1:

Yeah, i know, my brain goes into auto mode and thinks that if it isn’t C600 then it isn’t tuned. Still at 501 PI that’s a great time set

I was astounded how dominant the '16 Mustang 350R is since it got the widebody kit. DNF’d everyone on both races. High 46s on Jardines is good even outside of the championship restriction.

Sure doesn’t necessarily feel like it when you’re driving it, but in my recent “6-pack class” personal challenge I completed on Mangrove, it ended up being one of the best cars for times in the lower classes (for me anyway) posting low 01:15 (#405) in B, 01:22 (#140) in C, & 01:29 (#142) in D. I tried multiple cars in each class & this came out on top each time.

That’s what I’m saying. Last season I added the widebody kit and retuned it and was amazed at how awesome it handles now.

I have to say that the Stormy Bay eventlab race is absolutely phenomenal! What a fun, well-thought out track. Kudos to the creator!

It was cool! I like the switchbacks with elevation change. There was a looping turn that looked crazy-town on the map but ended up being manageable (especially without anybody to ram me as I slowed to approach). I did cringe a bit there for my imaginary suspension in that drop towards the end, but I guess I can pay my imaginary mechanic with imaginary money to fix it. Was rewind disabled for that? I missed the final checkpoint and went to rewind and it wasn’t working, so I just reversed through the finish line.

On the Shelby SC I got overpowerd on the trail, but @x_ShadowsBane_x 's widebody tune just CARVED those turns on the circuit. It looked like the opposition was struggling to turn and I was driving almost straight lines. Definitely eye-opening on that widebody kit.

I’ll be doing the Hummer one next. I have a Man City Hummer livery, but I suspect @AudioRebelUK already has that one.
