No. Only the Ultimate worked. It wouldn’t let me downgrade to Core.
That’s really odd because I have Core on series X which also allows PC play. Maybe query it with Msoft.
oh dude, I’m sick of their chat and inane replies. I’ve been through the gamut with MS support. They ask you all the required step by step stuff, all of which I went through. I’m just happy I got it solved and thought it might help a few others figure it out.

Just found something I wasn’t aware of: so apparently the Eventlabs that are featured in series playlists, don’t accumulate DLs as a result. Granted, I have my opinions on some of the ELs that have been featured, but it seems pretty unfortunate that creators don’t at least gain the number of plays from it. Noticed one of the recent selections only had 1 DL…literally.

I noticed this a long time ago. coupled with changing the restrictions, their treatment of eventlabs is insanely disrespectful. their treatment of creators in general is arbitrarily overboard or nonexistent.

Still handles reasonably well and has the great launch and acceleration.

It was the MB 280 SL’s turn at the Trial.
Could have had a better finishing time on Riviera but started last on the grid and rear ended a swerving AI.
Went with vintage race tires for this one so it had great handling and still good launch and acceleration.

Hello, I completed all the tests in the series and it is strange that I only have 139 points in the series when in reality I should have more. I don’t know if it’s my fault or if there’s something wrong, thanks.
Look at each season, you should have 72 on each of the previous seasons and 68 on this one if you’ve done everything. If you don’t, what is showing as gray instead of gold? Those are the things you didn’t do.
I was pretty pleasantly surprised to see how well the M1 design did after it was fortunate enough to make the recommended page, so again, many thanks to anyone here who checked it out; it’s very much appreciated.

Nice snappy playlist this week. I think I got through all of the main map tasks besides the seasonal championships in under an hour. Our Trial team managed to hold the AI to 500 points or less in both races. (That Shelby Cobra can be a real handful.) The only slightly frustrating bit was that I found an S2 Tour on my first attempt, but of course when I was looking for one in the past to complete the Tour accolades it took an eternity to get.

Could be a divided opinion.
I can’t wait for this week / series to be over.
Can’t stand the Retro theme and that intro just drives me nuts.
I get they were trying to do it as an old school '80s video thing but can’t stand the music or the fact that they keep switching my radio station to that on most things.
I chose the station I have because that’s what I want - given that there’s not a better option right now - but I lose so much time trying to switch stations at the start of a race 'cos I can’t listen to that throughout a lap.
Bring on Thursday.
