I just got the f&f dlc packs on sale and it didn’t give me the free cars. I can see the cars available to purchase, but the dlc description states that I should get a free copy of each car. Any suggestions on how to fix this/contact customer support? Thanks.

I am having the same issue with several DLC packs that I just downloaded to the game. In the past, I was always able to purchase the DLC cars for free once I had the car packs, but now, the game is asking me to pay with credits or tokens and not giving them to me for free, even though the description states I will be able to get a one time free purchase from the Autoshow. Would love to know what is going on here as well.

Same here. I bought the same DLC packs for my wife on her account, and she did get all the cars, yet I didn’t for some reason. Also, just found out that I also didn’t receive any free cars from G-Shock bundle when i bought the Season Pass long time ago (I got all the others, and kinda missed that I didn’t get one bundle). Hoping for a fix, as I just finished all the DLC collection for FH2.

Only the account that purchased the DLC gets the one time free car, all other users on that console get access but need to use in game credits. There are also a couple of packs for FH2 where there were no free cars. Visit ManteoMax’s DLC thread pinned in this forum for more details.
I understand that, that’s why I bought separately for me and my wife, and finished all the DLC collections for both of us. I’m talking about cars that she got and I didn’t. I bought the 4 DLC bundles two days ago: IGN bundle, Playground bundle, and two F&F bundles. I didn’t get cars from any of them. And as stated previously, nor did I get any cars from G-Shock bundle from the Season Pass. Every car from those bundles my wife did actually get.

Fyi, i’ve messaged Playground Games on twitter and heard nothing back. I did chat with xbox live tech support and theyhad me try a bunch of things with no success. They did offer a refund for the packs.
