Fanatec csl dd pro. Problems

Ok. I’ve been away for around 5 months. I came back to race a few laps and my steering wheel feels horrible. It’s like i am a noob at driving and it’s not the case. FFB is horrific and even at 900 rotation the car just darts around. Also i have to switch to my steering wheel setting every time i start the game or the wheel doesn’t work. Anything i may be missing? Any help?

I don’t know if this will help you, but your post reminded me that I recently saw P1R_Kaylos share his FFB settings on another thread - maybe his settings will give your wheel a better feel:

This what I use. I did raise Road Feel to 20 when I switched from the CSL Elite belt wheel to the Clubsport DD. I feel like if this was the default with higher road feel and load sensitivity (I keep those low to not affect my steering), people would have loved wheel more. That being said, adjusting Individual car FFB and center rolls in tuning makes a massive difference in making a car feel right, so FFb alone wouldn’t be enough. The default tunes are just trash on a wheel. [ffb]
