I’ve just built these and absolutely love them both.
So easy to drive fast!

The Viper is definitely my go to A class car now.

You bet Motorhead, I hope you release that TVR you where running–I couldn’t catch you!

Thanks Stormy. Sadly I don’t see us starting the garage back up anytime soon. Everyone just got busy with RL.

Thanks FOOT, Let me know what you think of them-they are not going to set the LB on fire, but I just love me some VIPER…and yes I hope to be
back a bit more on the forums.

Yeah gearing is a bit sluggish, but it’s a stock box, wanted to keep the PI for tires and HP. Perhaps I will give it a shot up on S - class
TBH I was surprised how well it has done for me online, given its a bit on the heavy side . Its just something a little different to take into the lobbies.
Also immensely satisfying when you beat a Mono with it… LOL

Mucho Gratis Moxley–glad you enjoy. I tend to favour grip builds and try to tune and build for comfort when you are in a pack of cars.

The NSX is really nice to drive, I haven’t been able to connect to leagues for some reason so haven’t had the chance to go online but I’ve otherwise set some good laps in it. A team mate built one too, they’re a popular and strong choice seemingly.

The Viper is good, I went for a different build that accommodated weight reduction and sport tyres. Looking at your replies to others, I tried a '99 in S class and it’s good, I felt a bit limited by grip and was scrubbing a bit but it showed promise. Due to its wide power band you can get away with the stock 'box in A and a sport one in S. It feels sluggish but actually is on the money.

The Sagaris is still a bit rough in some areas but I’m working on it and I’ll share it once I’m satisfied

I will build them up and see how your Viper does against mine, thanks for sharing…they look solid.

So I’ve used the Dodge viper on Top Gear Full (My test track for most cars) and I have to say I really like it. Cornering on it is great, perfect corning near enough all the time. Breaking was a slight issue when going down long straights but that might have been me trying to go for lap times. The only thing I don’t like about it too much was the gear changes being a bit too slow but after awhile I managed to get 128 out of 10208, which to me I think is great considering you look at the list of cars and most of them are fast and light cars, something the Dodge isn’t. This will be one of my cars for races

Perfect Fade, two cars I haven’t touched yet! Hope you continue to post regularly.

Good to see you active Mr Fade and will definitely give this a try later today.

Yourself and Eric have tuned many awesome cars since I started with you at ALS, back in FM-3

Will you and Kraigger be resuming the club on FM-6?

Looking forward diligently to your future releases my friend.

Best of luck on FM-6 Mr Fade

Was this NSX the one you had when we met in Leagues? Either way I’m interested, in both, I have a soft spot for the '99 Viper

both great car choices. I have built each as well for the A class ghost league. I’ll try your builds/setups tonight for comparisons. Thanks.

Love the Viper Fade. Spent a few hours this morning in the A ghost league chasing a bunch of BAC monos and Alfa Stradales. Podiumed most races, car never surprised me with unwanted behavior. I did tweak the bias rearward a bit so I could trail break more aggressively.

built the viper; noticed that there are quite a few wheels the same weight as stock, so there is some options for those who do not like the factory wheels on the 99 viper.

Comparing the builds: yours is faster at (6.9) and Acceleration (8.3) compared to my build with (6.7) and (8.2).

Yours is at 533 hp and 3302 lbs
Mine is only 486 hp and 3171 lbs.

I’m excited to run them tomorrow to see how they go. Mine is in my sharefront if your interested in comparing.

just built the nsx and will run this along with my build tomorrow. So eager to find a really good set of a class cars for the ghost league hopper.

Again yours has higher speed (6.5) with slightly better acceleration (8.2) compared to mine at (6.3) and (8.2-in red).
Yours is running 361 hp at 2425 lbs,
Mine is running 322 hp at 2328 lbs.

My nsx is not yet shared, still want to fine tune some thing on it.

Obvious from the viper and nsx that I am going more for weight reduction vs. power…as most of the other build items matched. will run and post times/feedback tomorrow.

Curious to see how you make out with them Chicken.
Maybe we will see each other in the “Ghost Hoppers” today–I’m taking a “forza day” today.

I won’t be on till much later tonight, but will definitely be running them…probably around 7:00 PST.
