EVENTLAB ISLAND
The Forza team has created this amazing island for EventLab creators and the community to enjoy, HUGE budget went into research and development, texture design, coding to implement this map into the game. With countless hours of dev/design time used on EventLab island it’s the #1 place for builders.
THE QUESTION
With all that time/money/research, Why place just 1 start point and never touch the island again?
ENHANCE THE ONLINE EXPERIENCE
If you create an opportunity on the island the players will come, For allot of the forza community they were over the moon that there was even a big slab of empty concrete that they could drift around on.
It's kind of like the scenario where you buy your cat an expensive scratching pole and the cat totally ignores it and plays with the box instead"
The coding is already in the game to setup a king / infected PGG start point in Mexico so this isn’t a NEW feature, simply a re-location of an existing in-game feature. In terms of “online multiplayer content” the game hasn’t had an update to this area for some time. The same eliminator map, the same horizon open race tracks / drift tracks.

I have only noted king and infected as it’s possibly the easiest to implement, when it comes to flag locations on a custom map with different elevations it would require a new tool to allow the player to select where the flag and destination goals are placed from a new “core game mechanics” tab.
PLAYGROUND GAMES FEATURED EVENTS
This opens a further opportunity for engagement on the Forza weekly streams, allowing players to come join in for a game of eliminator… AND playing custom king/infected maps with the forza hosts without having worries that players will cheat by “not driving up the ramps into the custom arenas which are floating above Mexico”

I’d love to encourage team forza to get involved with the launch of this also, I know some team members have created “photo booths” in eventlab in the past so it would be great to see the team get real creative by creating their own custom PGG maps to help promote the feature.
