I find that car packs which appear after the second stage of THE eliminator can not be picked up…,It is happened after I change the season,and this bug is still active and it makes me can not play fh5 normally…

Having issues with the Eliminator after this update as well apparently. Numerous car drops show purple smoke but no obtainable car. Xbox Series X.

Just out of curiosity - anybody else getting a bug on the Eliminator where car drops don’t show the car to be collected and when you get there it won’t let you pick up the car even though it’s still showing as a collectible drop?
It happened multiple times yesterday and then again tonight.
Reached at least 10 drops tonight but no way to collect them.
Day 3 and still going on - Looks like it might be a car drop notification issue where the drops aren’t getting greyed out after people have already collected them.
Had another run and got 1st & 2nd car as normal then 3, 4 & 5 were a no name, no option to pick up - then 6 & 7 OK then back to no car name or option to pickup for the next 4.
Definite new bug Devs (if you’re watching)
OK Day 4 and definitely a car drop marking issue.
Just watched a car get taken in front of me and it got greyed out as expected - but went back after the next shrinkage started and it was still there - Purple as in available but no name and no option to pick up (obviously).
What’s the point of looking for car drops if they aren’t actually there but still show as if they are ?

yes,they reply me “dev is looking about it”,but these days I never see them trying to fix the bug

Cars of other opponents not showing till they tag you to race; after you realise you have been tagged they are gone …
Having the same issue, was stuck with a beetle the whole game, purple smoke but no prompts or way to change car
Seriously Devs, when are you gonna sort this out.
Getting sick of chasing car drops showing purple when they should be greyed out.
Can’t be that hard to find what went wrong with this and fix it.
Been going on for at least a couple of weeks now.
It’s just ruining the whole thing.
I guess it just shows you’ve given up on FH5 now and moving on to throwing all the unresolved gameplay breaking bugs into the new game when it releases and just fixing the aesthetic ones that don’t affect anything.

I think pg do not want to fix eliminator…Some bugs before were not fixed now
I was hoping that they would have at least acknowledged the issue by now…going on almost 2 weeks. Now with holidays closing in I’m not so sure. Maybe it’ll fix itself, or be fixed, in Series 42 .
Tell me about it - reported many that have never been resolved and just closed off after a year or two at times…
Yeah - started asking about this nearly two weeks ago but it’s been running longer.
Probably getting ignored due to the holidays as they usually take a couple of months off over Christmas and New Year.
Ya I’m having the same issue too. Looking for a work around. Will be back if I’ve found a fix.
Update:
I tried a number of things to get the drops to work such as.
Deleting my game save and the reserved space (from Xbox only as if you chose both it deletes the save in the cloud too)
Restarting the Xbox Series X
Didnt work.
So I deleted the save game again along with the reserved space.
Went into network and internet and cleared the alternative mac address.
Restarted the Xbox Series X
Didn’t work.
So I did step two again and restarted my router.
Didn’t work.
Finally did all of step two again and this time factory reset my router.
Didn’t work.
So I’ve created a support ticket hopefully we will get a hot fix to solve the issue. Thank you to @Mei_su_11211 for reporting it here.
