I just want ot connect your issue to another post about the same issue:

I think this issue is connected to this other “Eliminator Issue Group” which in my opinion is resulting of the changed session behaviour of FH5 (compared to FH4). You can watch the new session behaviour in Freeroam. Other players are only appearing around you and if you change location the existing ones vanish immediately. In contrast in FH4 you are on one server (which you could change via going offline / online again) and all players are shown in their positions all the time - over the entire…
