It seems like that nearly 90% of the drivatars dont use any vinyls/decals/designs, is that normal or are there any issues with the drivatar system?
Same here.
I think it’s because the game is too new, and there isn’t enough designs on the recommended tabs for most cars.
It gave this option on FM6 but I’ve never seen drivatars use designs. I’ve seen it work in FM5 and FH2 I believe.
It’s a game feature as I’ve already turned it off. There likely just aren’t enough people to draw from yet. Some like myself tend to drive stock or near stock paint/vinyl anyway so I assume my drivatar does as well.
was thinking about this too. but yesterday when i played i saw many of my friends drivatars and they had vinyl kits and everything 
but then i know that all of my friends are like me and use up like 40% of the gametime to “fix” up their car to look nice 
if you feal the lack of Vinyls go check my Vinyls out! hahaha!
