We should also be able to choose the cars our drivatars drive like Forza 4, Im sick of seeing 7 2017 Ford GT’s in one race.

Totally agree but I am beginning to think this is a bug rather than design as when I tried multi class it just had 5 drivatars of same class. There does not seem to be a bug reporting thread. Know we can email but think they are rarely read.
Perhaps it’s to stop achievement boosting.
I doubt it as several of the Achievements in the game can be boosted in Free Play anyway.

Don’t worry. I couldn’t get this achievement even with 20 drivatars and 4 humans in private match. Kept kicking us from the game.
How do you get kicked out of your own lobby?
Possibly but if that were the case surely it wouldn’t prevent setting up a multi class race on your own?

Very annoing indeed! Not possible to have a specific race class (GT for example).

I think if we can get more support on the thread it’ll be brought to their attention. I mean they let you had max drivatars in forza 5
I don’t like it either. Even though I like competition, a race alone with drivatars in a full field is a nice thing to do to relax.
Yeah exactly, and sometimes its cool to set up certain race series like touring cars or GT’s just by yourself!
Somewhat related note: three of us were racing in a private game with drivatars, one of the guys controller disconnected, about 5 of the AI just came to a complete stop on track. As soon as his controller was back, the AI began racing again.

Agree with what other people have posted on this thread.This means I will play this game far less.I am not crazy about career and dislike the quick race because it is no fun racing a 1970 McLaren against a modern GT3 car and supercars.
What is it about racing game makers.We have more great racing games to play yet something as straight forward as simulating a Le Mans 24 hour grid for a race is not included in the game?Project cars allows you to race 40+ cars in a race around Le Mans but you have to race your Audi LMP is against Radicals and not GT cars in the lower class.Now Forza comes along and we have the LMP cars and GTE cars but only 6 cars in a race?
I think I will dust off my old Xbox and Forza 4…or go back to Project Cars.
If you guys want to race a full field of Drivatars, can’t you do it in Free Play?
I mean there is even an achievement tied to that…
If I want to race with just a couple of friends, there’s no way to have a full grid
