Hi all so i haven’t had xbox live for a couple of months and i finally got it back to play forza but when ever i try to go online or play leagues and i try to connect to a game it always pops up with disconnected from server, my connection is perfectly fine I’m able to play any other game online perfectly fine no troubles at all but for some reason forza is doing this.
If any one has a solution please help!
There could be several reasons why this is happening. It happens to me occasionally and I do the following.
1: Shut everything down and unplug everything from the wall outlet.
Unplug your internet router/modem from the wall for 2 minutes.
Plug in your internet router/modem and allow it to fully cycle.
Plug in your Xbox and power it up.
Test your internet connection and your multiplayer connection.
If both your internet connection test and multiplayer connection test say they are good to go, you should be able to access multiplayer.
This has worked for me every time. I now do this almost every day, before turning the Xbox on.
If that doesn’t work, you probably need to contact XBOX Live support. They know how to make sure you have the correct ports open and all that other technical stuff I don’t know about.
