That’s definitely not T10s problem if that’s the case.
If you are on the Dashboard Beta Preview Program and took the update an your online multiplayer no longer works, why would Turn 10 have anything to do with that? That’s totally a Microsoft/Xbox One issue and I suggest you contact them.
