Since the update my game is totally offline, I can not access any online function.

Already probe hard reset on my Xbox One X, and I do not know what else to do, it is a serious fault and I would like a solution

Obvious question, but is your Xbox online?

Are your other games down as well? Xbox Live was having really bad issues yesterday. Just a coincidence that there was also a Forza 7 update.

I have 200+ games and Forza 7 only have this problem since almost 5 days.

I haven´t been able to check the leaderboards during this week, at least since the last update. Also, I can´t redeem the Rewards.

Mine is like that too, but the game randomly decide if I am online or not. Messages, Drivatar Rewards, Forza Hub Rewards, downloading liveries dont work. Sometimes multiplayer and Rivals work and the only thing that, although it takes a really long time, but it works it is the Auction House.

Yeah, that’s also happening to me. I’ve been unable to connect to the Forza servers for multiplayer and can’t reach the specialty dealer, rivals and no Forza Rewards. I’m even afraid to try the Forzathon, as I already did some time ago when this happened and, after I finished one of the challenges, the game simply stated it was finished and didn’t reward me with the car 'twas supposed to.

I’m on an OG Xbox One and many other games connect and work flawlessly, including Forza Horizon 3 where everything is perfect in multiplayer and online connectivity.

Does turn ten listen to us??? I have Xbox 1 x and am having the same issue!!! And i believe we are all smart enough to know if we are online and how to restart our systems. PLEASE fix!!

This game has been a trainwreck on the PC since release. Props to Turn 10 for making the game feel smoother and snappier with the menu improvements but bugs get fixed and then NEW ones come up. One time and update caused my game to have NO text on any menus. I had to re-download and reinstall the whole game at 96 GBs.

And now some people cant play online. For myself, I get kicked constantly between games, right when the race ends, and sometimes right when the race starts. Constant Low Bandwidth and High Latency messages that pop up randomly. Earlier today a game got stuck in the Intermission Loop. Ridiculous. Dont tell me its my problem because THIS IS THE ONLY GAME that gives me problems. In my 15+ years of gaming I never had one give me this much problems.

This game has more problems than an Ubisoft Far Cry game. Even more than PUBG. I get FH4 is about to come out but at least show some effort in fixing the game. But screw the PC guys am I right? Have them buy Xboxes and pay for Xbox Live so your wallets get fatter.

Man it’s a shame that so many people are having these sort of issues.

I’ve clocked almost 70 days of play time on this game and I’ve had pretty much no issues until this week…

This week has been filled with no being able to claim rewards that will cause the game to crash, unable to see any leaderboards, unable to load and crash while looking for paints, unable to find any league races…

It’s become such a mess for no real reason…

There’s been a lot of issues with xbox live in last week or so
Probably contributing to a lot of peoples issues

Some like me are mostly lucky and dont have any issues..but i have been havingvm the rivals and messages not loading immediately on starting..but after about 30 seconds to a minute they are fine again

I have been having issues connecting to leagues lobbies for months. Just now I couldn’t get connected to multiplayer at all, then randomly it let me in. Complete joke.

Following… Same here on Xbox One. No access to daily rewards, specialty dealer or messages. Can generally race multiplayer and rivals, but at times all functionality just disappears. Also get a sound issue after a race - every fifth race or so the credit counting sound will not stop. Only way to fix it is complete reboot of game.
