When i switch to the first person it get darker
I have this too, and is my only outstanding issue with the game. It’s like the front window is tinted.

It’s odd, it happens sometimes from looking behind or beside you too. When your camera goes back to looking forward, it will sometimes randomly be way darker

This issue plagued FH5 since the day it was released. An update a while ago did improve it some but it’s still not great.
Certain times of day, whether your car is facing up toward the sky (darker) or down toward the ground (brighter,) looking behind then looking forward again, it’s a mess and it is incredibly annoying.
Conversely, there are some situations where the interior view out the front is actually brighter than other views. Not sure if this is specific to certain cars, times of day, or what.
Since it had been adjusted once I figured it would remain that way forever but seeing this new post gets an instant vote from me. As it turns out, being able to see where you’re going in a driving game is kind of important!
