I think certain buttons like map rewind photo radio and Anna are really unnecessary they shouldnt be required to have set on the xbox one controller because of this I cant set up certain controls thats needed I had the same problem in FH4 please do something to update the settings to fix this it’s really frustrating I think that players should have the choice to pick what they would like to use
So I figured out how to make it so you can use the left stick for the convertible option.
Go to settings > controls scroll to convertible toggle and assign left stick. The game will force you to also assign a button for map. Use B for the map button and save. Back out to the game and you will be able to use the left stick to toggle the convertible top. I personally use the Maclaren 720 spider for this. Once you tried it and it works. Go be into settings and reset the control settings back to the original bindings and save. Go back into the game and it should let you use the left stick without messing with your other bindings.

Map is not required button. I have no button to show map in my second layout which is for manual gears.
you are absolutely right! i have the same problem when trying to play with a wheel that doesn’t have buttons… so i can’t play fh5 actually! this makes me to not want to play fh5 anymore, even if they will fix this in the future! such a simple thing, but big implications…
