Cursor doesn't move in Car Mastery menu for Bugatti Chiron 2018

I cannot highlight anything in the car mastery menu for the 2018 Bugatti Chiron car. Neither the D-Pad nor the analog sticks will move the cursor. Due to this, I cannot complete this vehicle’s mastery.

You can. Just buy the highlighted perk, go back and into “car mastery” again. The next available perk will be highlighted, buy it. Rinse, repeat.

I ended up doing that. It’s a workaround, though.

This happened to me but then I realised I didn’t have enough perk points to buy any of the perks I didn’t own.
