I have 12/16 perks bought but i can no longer move my cursor in the car mastery menu to buy the last 3 i need (Top row) I can select to buy the ‘Fan favourite’ perk but that would be a waste of my skill points if i cannot move after that still.
I have tried restarting the game and console, swapping cars (can move around fine in others) and every button on the controller but nothing lets me move.
Xbox One S, digital ultimate edition installed on an external HDD.
Note: I didnt buy all 12 at once ive gone back many times to make different purchases.

Edit2: Not sure if buying the fan favourite and reentering did it but i can move again
Have the same problem with the Peugeot 205 FE - cursor won’t move from the top corner. Will see if Spilner’s fix works again once I have enough skill points
Same here but it is possible to buy them all anyway.
It happened to me then I upgraded ford from barn find.
Game has some issues sound problems and a few graphics glitches. We need to wait for fixes.
If anyone has this problem, what fixed it for me was to have another car delivered to me, then have the car I want delivered, when it gets to me, I can move my perk selector.
I had this issue on my agera, just had 3 perks left to buy, it was stuck on top left, bout it, still wouldn’t move. Had a new car delivered, then had agera delivered, all was well again
