After update 13
Game is now again dashboarding us at random moments during multiplayer, alone or with a group. It drops people often when changing track(still did prior update 13) just worse. Stutters randomly and when others join the lobby whether you are in qualify or practice. Last one is weird. I can sometimes see my groups car(s) when they qualify and im in practice, solid until close to me,then they ghost
Agreed. my game is now more unstable than ever. Constant crashes during the “Grid walk” prior to a race. Driving me mad ! going through 15 minutes of practice/quali. to the get kicked on the start line ! maddening. the stuttering and frame drops are awefull too.
Also me, I started several races but I can finishes just a bit cause several crashes that bring me on the dashboard and I have restart the game… very very frustrating, because I spended 15’ between free practice snd qualifying, and when I start the race… shut down “sorry man, you have to restart the game… again”

For me the crashing (after around 70 mins of multiplayer) has never been fixed. 
This never happened before, maybe before Update 5 when daytona was launched, the game is crashing just after the qualifying and the race session begins, it’s crashing to desktop. This happened to me 3 times out of 7 races.
It’s the same for me, I’ve had 3 crashes in 5 races. Two of them on the starting grid and one at the end of qualifying.
I tried reinstalling and updating drivers but to no avail.
I have never seen anything like this in a game, with every update there are problems that compromise playability, at least in the pc version.
I think it’s time to take a break, maybe with update 15 there will be more luck.

Same for me (PC) it’s so frustrating… Game crashed for like 7 out of 10 multiplayer races…
Frequent crash-to-desktop in featured multiplayer for me too on PC/Steam since this update.
Those who are crashing in starting grid, dont swipe other cars (don’t view other player vehicles), just keep it as it is until the timer goes down to 0
first multi of the week and crash when stoping qualifying in third lap.
The game crashes before getting to that starting grid screen.
Had a game crash on the grid in an A-Class race yesterday. I believe it was at Hakone but cannot remember. It was after I scrolled to another driver on the grid to check out a custom livery they were using.

A hotfix went out Monday to fix a couple crashes including this:
Fixed a crash that could occur for several players in a Multiplayer lobby during Practice & Qualifying menus or Grid Preview scene prior to the race. [1878574].
If you are still experiencing crashes, can you update this thread and put in a ticket on the support site so the team can get hardware information and logs.

Ok for me there are still some crashes from time to time.
I’ve submitted a ticket as well.
Last crashes happened when changing a tune before the race and
one while doing a qualification lap.
No error message, just freeze and close.
This happened on PC
The game is still stuttering & crashing during multiplayer. Not sending a ticket as any I have sent about the games numerous faults in the livery area have all been ignored or just forgotten about so what’s the point.
Just felt the need to say it is still happening during qualifying, usually just as it’s ending, as it’s very frustrating when they shut threads down saying everything is ok when it clearly isn’t.
We are closing out this issue. The developers have noted this issue as Fixed as of Update 14 on 11.04.24
