I worked with Microsoft support on this and need to know how to contact support from Turn 10. I tried the email turn10fb@microsoft.com and received a generic response. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
My game is messed up too , when syncing to cloud it seemed to not be doing anything so i cancelled and now the game started over from the beginning, with no cars in garage. I hope some one can help as this is annoying.
My issue is the sound is gone once my cloud save loads. Really annoying to drive without the sound. On a side note I had to re-sync my entire save while troubleshooting the problem, and it took about 25-30 minutes to complete. So you might want to try again and just let it go for awhile and see if it will eventually sync.
Same thing has happened to me 2 days ago. Still trying to sort it out. Nothings working.
Does design’s files get corrupt too when your main save is gone? or you can still use them in the new save?
my friend told me he is able to download my paints … and my save is still broken, cloud save also…
the same Problem by me… my data sync was at 95% and then broken, was waiting about 2 hours to get the 95% … this happend to me twice… i hope some T10 good People can help us

everybodys account starts moderated here. you only have two posts, so it’ll take more posts to get bumped up. i think it tool 50-100 posts. dont let that bother you. its nothing personal, its nothing you have done. its just how they start off all accounts. i haven’t played for quite a while so i’m not sure on how to fix it. try a hard reboot (hold the console power button for about 5 seconds until it fully shuts down. wait a minuet, then restart it. its going to take quite a bit of time to restart because it has to reload everything in memory from scratch. ) it clears the memory so if there is a glitch getting saved to the save memory it’ll get rid of the glitch. it used to fix most problems, not sure if it still does.

Turn 10 is a joke. They only pay attention if your not complying with the forum requirements, and don’t care about their horrible non-existent support. Not even Microsoft can contact them for support issues. I’m done with their games, if you can’t support it I don’t want to play it. My issue is on their side (according to Microsoft) and they won’t even reply to messages sent to their lame forzafb@microsoft.com account. Here is some feedback for you: YOUR SUPPORT SUCKS! Keep collecting those checks Turn 10.
I need help and how do you get it? I paid over 200.00 cash for a game and add on things, tokens… countless hours of play to have no cars and no tokens, no money and to have to start over. I don’t see any helpful reply’s here.
Hello all and turn 10 I have the same issue. I cant connect my profile to the cloud save. I have paid for all the car packs and VIP status but since I have lost my save(game started over) it wont connect me to my VIP status and all my money and cars and rank is gone.
gamer tag is IIJwinII. Turn 10 please restore my save state and VIP and game status. I have close to 300 dollars into this game and countless hours lost in its current state. I have tried to download all the stuff but it wont let me because of corrupt cloud save. So I have lost it all paints setups cars money and VIP status .
Same thing happened to me 2 daysago. Currently talking to a “lloyd” on xbox support. Not reallygetting any where. So annoyed and fedup with this xbox one. And so angry all my F5 data is gone. From what people have saidon here i doubt i will get much help from T10.

Tried to get answers a couple weeks now in here and by mail, but its just horrid customercare. No replies. Where is the gamerfriendly american judge that can issue a daily fine untill they get us the correct savefile back:-)
I see that my Tier and Points are wrong inhere. Im Tier 7 With almost 9000 Points. So I Guess this forum is linked to cloudaccount. Still Tier 7 when I go to rewards though…
