Turn10 please Help!?

Hey guys I’m wtiring today because all of my FH2 cloud info has been o written by a new save game file. Therefore all of my cars money and progress are not available to me anymore. This is a direct effect to the New Xbox one not allowing users to access the cloud storage. If u look up my gamer tag I have had every forza along with every DLC. If there is anything u can do for me please let me know. It would be a shame for all my hard work to disappear because Microsoft decided to go backwards in their system design. My gamer tag is RDTxJTPTx187. Microsoft has already pointed the finger at turn ten soly Cuz their system is terrible as far as access to their own cloud storage goes. Haha I just noticed my forza hub only gives me 600,000 a month instead of the usual 1,000,000. What the hell is going on I need answers and all my cars n money back this is absolutely insane. You people don’t have a support team witch is even crazier

from what i read you overwrote your cloud save with a new game but are saying it is T10s fault ??? looks like user error to me
it asks you which save to use when they are different and obviously you chose the wrong one

There’s no reason to need to touch your save file on the Xbox One, only reason being if you wanted to delete it and start again.

You best bet is to e-mail Turn 10 at forzafb@microsoft.com.

Explain to them the situation, tell them what exactly you had done before this occurred. You may also try sending a Private Message to a Turn 10 employee on these forums.

Just know this, if this was caused by you choosing the improper save because you chose the wrong one, had quick fingers and didn’t read, or any cause of user error there is really nothing that Turn 10 can or will be willing to do for you. It is your responsibility to go slow enough to be able to read the messages that pop up and make a good choice. User error is, as always, the fault of the user.

Now, if this has occurred due to circumstances outside of your control such as a cloud sync error, server issues preventing a sync from completing and corrupting your save data, or something of the like then it is a completely different story. Again, Turn 10 will most likely not be able to help you recover your old data, but they may be able to offer you in-game currency to rebuild your garage early on.

As far as the monthly rewards go, you can Check Forza Hub App on the console, but you can also check HERE. The Forza Hub App is quick and easy to claim rewards and often does so better than the website. When it comes to information however, the website is still the best place to check. In the News Subforum there is also a Rewards FAQ thread. You can see your Tier Points, you can see what you have for each game, how many you need for the next one and more. About a month ago, some people did report a problem with FH2 paid DL no longer showing on the Rewards Page but this has since been resolved I believe.

Now, as Skreamies said, there really is absolutely no reason to touch your save data or mess with it in any way whether that be on the console or in the cloud. If you had the option, what good would it do? You could move it from your Xbox One to another location on your Xbox One?
