Classic racers

Just want to get peoples opinion on the top 3 most expensive classic racer cars, 58 dbr1, 57 250tr, and 62 250gto does anyone have these? If so which do you like the best? Ill be buying one of these soon not sure which i would like the most kind of leaning toward the dbr1 however.

I just bought the Ferrari 250. Love it. I was torn between it and the Shelby Daytona. I figured i would go with the most expensive first. I dont think i would have been disappointed with either. The ferrari is an amazing car. I run it in A class mostly. Sounds amazing and revs forever! The dbr1 is also intriguing but the 250tr has always seemed " drifty " in the other forza games…

1)Buy the 250 GTO.
2)Never drive anything else ever again.
3)???
4)Profit.

Replace “250 GTO” with “330 P4”, rinse, repeat.

You can try both the Ferrari 250 and TR in Bucket races

I kept most of my classics stock, if not I upgrade them to the top of their native class. I’ve broken this trend a couple times, of course.

OT, they’re glorious, some of my favourite cars for cruising freeroam. Those old Ferrari engines just SING, can’t get enough.

Gimme more! Masi 8CTF! Auto Union Type D! Ferrari 375! Apologies for the mini-wishlist! Yeah!

My preference between the three is definitely the Ferrari 250 GTO. Just a great car all around and the sound it makes is music to my ears.

I have all three, and I really like all three. That said, the easiest one for me to drive has to be the 250 GTO. My DBR1 is a bit touchy from a full throttle start, and my 250 TR has been known to slide around, but my 250 GTO seems well planted. And it sounds absolutely beautiful. I should add that my cars are all just upgraded to the top of their respective classes (B for all of them) with a generic build on each of them, none really upgraded to be super competitive, whether all around or for a particular track/location/etc., nor are they upgraded for a certain characteristic, like top speed, acceleration, etc. I still firmly recommend the 250 GTO, but if you really want one of the other two instead, and can properly build one or find a good tune for one, then let that one be your guiding decision.

If they were all really cheap, I’d say just buy all three, but as they’re not, if you don’t have the time or ability to make many credits quickly, then I’d just go with the one you want.

You can also enter any B-Class Rivals mode that allows for all cars to participate and rent and test all three, at the price of less XP and CR gained for doing the event.

thanks for all the reply’s everyone, i didnt even think of checking the bucket races to see if any were available nor did i think of the renting a car thing either. looks like everyone is happy with the gto, will defiantly be a tough one.

little off topic but i too would love to see any of the auto union race cars make it into horizon2
