I claimed the most recent Forza Reward gift, clicked on the “Turn 10 has gifted you money” on Forza Horizon 2, and the money was never credited to my account. It’s always worked before, and has been four hours since. What do I do to get my reward?
Are you certain that you clicked ‘A’ to download the credits and not ‘X’ or ‘Y’ which would delete the message?
Positive. It said “Downloading Credits” right after I pressed A and hasn’t given them to me as of yet.
I had the same problem it seemed to take a long time to download I thought it had crashed and when I checked me credit it was the same. I know for a fact I pressed the A button I collected my credits on FM5 ok It was just FH2.

Yeah, I think it’s a server side issue. It did take longer than usual to download it and every time I downloaded it before it automatically appeared and gave me the credits. Hope they help us out.
I’m sorry but Turn 10 needs to step it up. Not only are a lot of veteran players having issues but the mods tell you to email Turn 10; and for what? So we can have an automated email saying they can’t answer our emails. And none of the Turn 10 comittee answer their inbox messages. I for one am really upset with the lack of customer support.

The automated response does not say they can’t answer your email.
It says they can not reply to ALL emails. It is a very different meaning.
Given your other thread topics it’s possible your rewards issue is connected to your ban but we are not allowed to discuss that topic on the forums.

I agree, been a loyal customer for years now and am disappointed.
It’s almost the same situation with me. I click on the button to redeem the rewards on the site, but nothing ever shows up in my account. And no messages in FH2 either.
The 360 version of FH2 is not part of the Rewards program.
Then they should have that stated somewhere. Otherwise how are we supposed to know?
I agree with you. We all ever knowed that X360’s version would not have the same cars, but they never told us about the rewards. It’s kind of unfair.
Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox 360 thread stickied at the top of this forum - it appears that many people cannot do a basic search or read the first page of threads before making a post.

Well, it’s ll over these forums. I see you know how to make posts and complain, but apparently the search feature eludes you. You also missed the XBOX 360 specific thread right beneath the New Thread button as it is stickied to the top of the page in the general discussion sub section.
I also did a quick google search for FH2 rewards on Xbox 360 and (to no surprise to me) I’m sure you’ll be surprised that it wasn’t hard to find somewhere that the rewards were for the Xbox One only. In fact the first serch takes you directly to the forum here.
Thank you for your help. But on the other hand, maybe try to not come across as such a dick turd next time. I did search, that’s how I found this thread. I didn’t think to search “uh, does FH2 on 360 get the rewards too???” because it isn’t blatantly stated in the rewards section. Also, maybe you shouldn’t assume just because someone is new to a certain forum, that they’re new to the whole idea of a forum. I’ve been on DSMtuners since 2008, so I’ve done plenty of searching.
So there is obviously Zero support for this game now eh? So dumb.
