I don’t think so. It’s an accidental thing which happens sometimes. I doubt T10 will compensate you.

You’ll probably need to wait a while. They recommend a standard wait of up to 4 hours, but a wait of several days is not unusual.

The 360 versions of FH2 and F n F are not parts of the rewards program (no points accumulated and no rewards given).
if I buy FH2 for xbox one will I be able to transfer my data over with the cars that I have bought and credits
also they are part of the rewards program as its in there terms and conditions
